- Այժմ ավելացրեք 2 գդալ մեղր և լավ խառնեք այն այնպես, որ ամբողջովին լուծվի։
- Մինչև խմեք այս ըմպելիքը, հարկավոր է ավելացնել նրա մեջ մեկ ամբողջական կիտրոնի հյութ։
- Խմեք լուծույթը մեկ ճաշի գդալից օրվա մեջ 2-3 անգամ։
Պահպանել այսպիսի թեյը կարող եք առավելագույնը 2 օր։ Սակայն դա ավելի քան բավական է․ խցանված քթերը կբացվեն ընդամենը մի քանի ժամվա, առավելագույնը՝ մեկ օրվա ընթացքում։
