Ֆրանսիայի հատուկ ծառայությունները դեռեւս տարվա սկզբին գիտեին Ֆրանսիայում եւ Բելգիայում նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչությունների մասին։ Ինչպես գրում է Le Parisien-ը, հատուկ ծառայություններն անցյալ տարի հարցաքննել էին մի երիտասարդի, որը Ռաքքայում կռվում էր ԻՊ շարքերում։
Այդ տարվա ձմռանը նա պատմել էր Բելգիայում եւ Ֆրանսիայում պլանավորվող ահաբեկչությունների մասին։ Պարբերականի տեղեկություններով՝ երիտասարդը պատմել էր, որ անձամբ հանդիպել է ԻՊ «բարձրաստիճան» պաշտոնյաների հետ, զրուցել է Աբու Օմարի (Աբդելհամիդ Աբաութ) հետ, որն այս պահին Փարիզի ահաբեկչությունների գլխավոր կասկածյալն է։
«Ես շատ լավ գիտեմ այդ եղբայրներին, որոնց բռնել են Բելգիայում։ Այդ ժամանակ ես Իրաքում էի։ Այն բանից հետո, երբ Բելգիայում նրանց ազատ արձակեցին, նրանք ժամանեցին Իրաք։ Երկուսին սպանեցին, իսկ երրորդը նորից վերադարձավ Բելգիա։ Որոշ ժամանակ անց ես նրան տեսա Ռաքքայում։ Նա աշխատում է մի կազմակերպությունում, որը ԻՊ-ի ներքին անվտանգության նախարարության պես մի կառույց է։ Նրա նպատակը Եվրոպա լրտեսներ ուղարկելն է։
Ահա այդ երրորդ եղբայրը, նրա անունը Աբու Օմար է, ծնվել է Բրյուսելում։ Նրա ծնողները Մարոկկոյից են։ Երբ ես տեսա Աբու Օմարին, նա մեկնում էր Բելգիա՝ այնտեղ եւ Ֆրանսիայում ահաբեկչություններ կազմակերպելու համար։ Նա խնդիրն էր, այնտեղ մարդիկ գտնել, որոնք կհամաձայնեն ահաբեկչություններ կատարել։
Բելգիայից վերադառնալով՝ Աբու Օմարն ինձ ասել էր, որ կարողացել է 25 կգ պայթուցիկ ճարել, սակայն խնդիր է առաջացել. իր անունը հայտնվել է ոստիկանական գործում (խոսքը Բելգիայում հունվարյան ստուգումների մասին է)։ Նա չէր կարողանում վերադառնալ Եվրոպա, սակայն մարդկանց էր վարձում ահաբեկչություններ կատարելու համար։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ ԻՊ-ը ահաբեկիչներ վարձելու 2 մեթոդ ունի, սակայն ես դրանք չեմ հայտնի, մինչեւ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ չտան ինձ։ Ես տեղեկություներ ունեմ, որոնք կարող են օգնել կանխել ահաբեկչությունները Բելգիայում եւ Ֆրանսիայում։ Ես գիտեմ, որ Բելգիայում ապրող մարոկկացին մտադիր է մահապարտ դառնալ։ ԻՊ-ը մահապարտներից յուրաքանչյուրին 50 000 եվրո է վճարում։ Երբ եւ ուր ուղարկել նրանց, որոշում են Աբու Օմարն ու 2 թունիսցի»,- ասել է երիտասարդը։
