Չարենցավանում դպրոցի տնօրենը աշխատանքի չհաճախող Երևանի բնակչին գրանցել է որպես հավաքարար, ԵՊԲՀ-ի ուսանող դստերը՝ լաբորանտ. ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Չարենցավան քաղաքի թիվ 3 հիմնական դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները առերևույթ չարաշահելու և յուրացումներ կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչությունում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել Կոտայքի մարզի Չարենցավան քաղաքի թիվ 3 հիմնական դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենի կողմից մի շարք չարաշահումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ:

Մասնավորապես՝  նշված դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենը  2011 թվականի հուլիս-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին և 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերից մինչև 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերը որպես հավաքարար աշխատանքի է ընդունել Երևան քաղաքի բնակչուհու, ով աշխատանքի չի ներկայացել, իսկ 2012 թվականի փետրվարից մինչև 2014 թվականի հուլիսը որպես լաբորանտ աշխատանքի է ընդունել իր դստերը, ով նշված ժամանակահատվածում սովորել է «Մխիթար Հերացու» անվան  ԵՊԲՀ-ում և փաստացի չի աշխատել: Երևանի բնակչուհու անվամբ ընդհանուր առմամբ դուրս է գրվել 850.000, իսկ տնօրենի դստեր անվամբ՝ 2.180.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Բացի այդ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ տարբեր ԱՁ-երից դպրոցի համար տարբեր ապրանքներ են ձեռք բերվել, որոնք դպրոցը փաստացի չի ստացել: Ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենը ՍՊ ընկերությունից դպրոցի համար ձեռք է բերել 372.440 ՀՀ դրամի  ընդհանուր արժողությամբ տնտեսական ապրանքներ, որոնցից միայն մոտ 74.000 ՀՀ դրամի ապրանքներ են բերվել դպրոց, իսկ նշված հարցը կարգավորելու համար վերջինս հետին ամսաթվով կնքել է  դպրոցի համար իբրև ձեռք բերված ապրանքներն ի պահ հանձնելու պայմանագիր:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի և 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի  հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունը կատարվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
