Կինը հարսանիքի տարեդարձին ընդառաջ 76 կգ նիհարել է (ֆոտո)
LIFEԱվստրալիայի Պերտ քաղաքից 32-ամյա Բելինդա Բրոդին, որը կշռում էր 145 կգ, կրկնակի նիհարել է հարսանիքի տարեդարձին ընդառաջ:
Daily Mail-ը հայտնում է, որ Բելինդան սկսել է գիրանալ 2007 թվականին, երբ Նոր Զելանդիայից Ավստրալիա է տեղափոխվել: Որդու ծնունդից հետո նա գիրացել է մինչեւ 100 կգ:
«Ես կարող էի մի ամբողջ բլուր թխվածք պատրաստել եւ այն ամբողջությամբ ուտել,- հիշում է Բելինդան: - Դա սարսափելի էր»:
2013 թվականի սեպտեմբերին նորզելանդուհին երեխայի հետ կենդանաբանական այգի է գնացել: Նա այդ ժամանակ է հստակ գիտակցել, թե ավելորդ քաշն իրեն որքան շատ է խանգարում. երեխան վազում էր, իսկ նա չէր կարողանում նրա հետեւից հասնել: Հենց այդ ժամանակ է նա որոշել լրջորեն զբաղվել իր կազմվածքով: Սկսել է առավոտյան վազել, ջանադրաբար մարզվել եւ մարզադահլիճ հաճախել: Արդյունքում առաջին տարում նա նիհարել է 30 կգ-ով:
Հարսանիքի 10-րդ տարեդարձին Բրոդին փորձել է իր հարսանեկան զգեստը: Պարզվել է՝ կինն այնքան է նիհարել, որ կարողացել է հանդերձանքի մեջ տեղավորվել որդու հետ միասին:
«Մենք զգեստի մեջ երկուսով էինք կանգնած, եւ մեր շարժումները կաշկանդված չէին: Այնտեղ այնքան ավելորդ տեղ կար»,- նշել է նա:
2009 թվականից նորզելանդուհին նիհարել է 76 կգ-ով եւ ինքնավստահություն է ձեռք բերել: Հիմա տոնուսը պահպանելու համար նա շաբաթական 6 անգամ մենամարտով է զբաղվում եւ ընտանիքի հետ հաճախ է զբոսնում ծովափի երկայնքով:
