Ներթիմային լուրջ պայքար Լոռու մարզում
POLITICSԺամանակին «Փաստ» թերթը գրել էր, որ Լոռու մարզում կուսակցական, քաղաքական ազդեցությունների ներքին պայքար է ընթանում, մասնավորաբար՝ մարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանի ու նախկին փոխմարզպետ, ներկայումս պատգամավոր Արամ Խաչատրյանի միջև։ Այս պայքարը սկսվել էր դեռևս նախընտրական շրջանում. մենք գրել էինք, որ այս «բազարին» խառնվել է նաև ՏԿԶ նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։ Մեր այդ հրապարակումը ոմանց կողմից սվիններով ընդունվեց, սակայն մեր աղբյուրները շարունակում էին հաստատել, որ արշալույսներն այստեղ իրոք խաղաղ չեն:
Այս ենթատեքստում ուշագրավ էր Լոռու փոխմարզպետ Արշակ Հովսեփյանի ազատումն ու նրա որոշ մեկնաբանությունները: Վերջինս իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում հաստատել է, որ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանի և Արամ Խաչատրյանի «միջև եղած լարվածությունը անհերքելի փաստ է, որոշակի հակասություններ կան: Քաղաքական թիմի աշխատողներ ունենք, ովքեր այլևս չեն աշխատում մարզպետարանում: Մարզպետը որևէ անգամ կուսակցության գրասենյակ չի այցելում բացարձակապես, մի քիչ տրամաբանական չի, կուսակցության քվոտայով առաջադրվել է, բայց կուսակցության հարցերով չի զբաղվում: Վերջին անգամ կարող է դեկտեմբերին եկած լինի գրասենյակ…»: Նշված «քաղաքական թիմի աշխատողները», որոնք ազատվել են, փաստացի Արամ Խաչատրյանի կադրերն են: Հիմա արդեն, Լոռու մեր աղբյուրների ներկայացմամբ, իրավիճակն այն աստիճանի է լարված, որ թիմակիցները թե՛ բացահայտ և թե՛ ֆեյքերով գրոհում են միմյանց վրա։ Այս հակամարտությունը թեպետ գլխացավանք է դարձել Սուրեն Պապիկյանի համար, սակայն իշխանությունները դեռևս լուծում չեն կարողանում գտնել, քանի որ կողմերի հետ կապված վերապահումներ ունեն. Խաչատրյանը մարզում հավաքել էր ամենաշատ քվեները, իսկ մարզպետը՝ մոտ 5000 ձայն, իշխանությունները չեն ուզում «նեղացնել» նախկին փոխմարզպետին, միաժամանակ «փաղաքշում» և «տակից դուխ» են տալիս մարզպետ Ղուկասյանին՝ նպատակ ունենալով չսրել վիճակը: Սակայն դրանից մթնոլորտի լարվածությունը չի թուլանում. երկու կողմն էլ ունի սատարողների ու սատելիտների բավականին լուրջ քանակ և հնարավոր բոլոր ձևաչափերով փորձում են «փչացնել» իրար։
