Խունկի բացառիկ հատկությունները, որոնց մասին քչերը գիտեն. անգամ բժիշկներին ցնցած նոր հետազոտություն
LIFEԽունկի բուրմունքը ապաքինում է հոգեկան ցավը, մարդուն հանդարտության ու պաշտպանվածության զգացում պարգևում։ Դրանից բացի խունկը օդում, ջրում և, որ ամենակարևորն է՝ օրգանիզմում խոչընդոտում է մանրէների բազմացումը։ Եվ ո՞րն է այս նյութի գատնիքը։
Խունկի օգտակար հատկությունները
Աստվածաշնչում շարադրված են այս անուշաբույր նյութի պատրաստման բաղադրատոմսը, խնկարկման ձևն ու եղանակը․
«Եվ Աստված ասաց Մովսէսին․ «Առ քեզ համար անուշահոտ համեմներ, այսինքն ստաչխն ու եղունգն և քաղբան, այս անուշահոտ համեմները և մաքուր կնդրուկ․ամենը հավասար կշռով լինին։ Եվ նորանց իւղագործի արհեստով բաղադրեալ խունկ շինես աղուած՝ մաքուր, սուրբ»։ (Ելից 30, 34-36):
Խունկը ստանում են Արաբիայում աճող շատ հազվագյուտ Boswellia խնկածառի (պիստակենի) խեժից։
Բուրումնալից քաղբան հովանոցավորների ընտանիքի բույսի կաթնանման հյութի քարացած հատիկներն են, որոնք օժտված են ցավազրկող, հակակարկամային և միզամուղ հատկություններով։ Եղնգաքարը Կարմիր ծովում բնակվող հատուկ տեսակի կակղամորթի խեցու փեղկ է, որի փոշին դեռ հնուց օգտագործվում է բժշկության մեջ։
Ի մի բերելով բաղադրիչները, գիտնականները փորձել են պարզել աստվածաշնչյան իրական խունկի հատկությունները։ Արդյունքը շշմեցուցիչ էր․ խունկը հզոր իմունային խթանիչ է։
Փաստորեն, երբ հոգևորականները խնկարկում էին հիվանդների սենյակները, լուսավոր ուժերի մարմնավորում ծուխը պատում էր ամբողջ սենյակը, իսկ բժշկական լեզվով ասած՝ սպանում էր վիրուսներն ու ախտածին մանրէները։
Մանրագույն մասնիկները, թոքերով օրգանիզմ ընկնելով, անհավատալի առողջարար արդյունք են ապահովում։ Խունկի ծուխը պարունակում է նյութ, որը հաղթում է սթրեսին, օգնում հաղթահարել նյարդային հյուծվածությունը, խուճապային տրամադրությունն ու անքնությունը։
Խունկի բույրն ամրապնդում է հիշողությունը։ Միջնադարում հայ բնագետ բժիշկ Ամիրդովլաթ Ամասիացին գրել է, որ իր եռուն ու չոր բնույթով խունկն ամրացնում է բանականությունն ու ապաքինում մոռացկոտությունը։ Դաոսականության կողմնակիցները խորհուրդ էին տալիս խունկն օգտագործել իբրև կյանքը երկարացնող միջոց։
Հնում Ռուսաստանի մենաստաններում առողջությունն ամրապնդելու համար խմում էին խունկով թրմած ջուր։ Խնկարկելով փորձում էին ապաքինել դիվահար հիվանդներին։
Ինչպես աղոթքը, խունկն, ըստ էության, հոգու, ոչ թե մարմնի բալասան է։ Բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում խեժն ազատում է կենսակատալիզատորներ, որոնք նպաստում են գիտակցության պայծառությանը։
