Սննդակարգը բավական հեշտ է հիշել: Երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում ամեն օր պետք է քամել մի քանի կիտրոն ու խմել դրանց հյութը: Ընդ որում, առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում պետք է ամեն օր ավելացնել կիտրոնների քանակը, այսպիսով` երկուշաբթի քամել ու խմել մեկ կիտրոնի հյութ, երեքշաբթի` երկու, չորեքշաբթի` երեք ու այսպես շարունակ: Իսկ երկրորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում` հակառակը, նվազեցնել դրանց թիվը:
Նշենք, որ խմելուց առաջ կիտրոնի հյութին կարող եք ջուր ավելացնել:
