Աղը և սոդան խառնել, ատամի խոզանակը խոնավացնել ջրում, այնուհետև թաթախել այդ խառնուրդի մեջ և դրանով մաքրել ատամները հինգ րոպե:

Հավասար քանակությամբ ջրածնի պերօքսիդն ու ջուրը խառնել և այդ հեղուկով ողողել բերանի խոռոչը մեկ րոպե, որից հետո ողողել բերանը սառը ջրով:

Այնուհետև ատամները մաքրել ատամի չոփիկի և ատամի թելի օգնությամբ, ողողել բերանը դրա համար նախատեսված հեղուկով, որից հետո կրկին ողողել բերանը սառը ջրով:
Պրոցեդուրան կրկնել շաբաթվա ընթացքում 2 անգամ, ցանկալի է 3 օրյա ընդմիջումով: Շատ կարճ ժամանակում տարբերությունն ակնհայտ կլինի:
