Գազերի առաջացումը բնական գործընթաց է, սակայն մետեորիզմը կարող է լրջորեն ազդել կյանքի որակի վրա՝ ցավի և անհարմարության պատճառ դառնալով: Headinsider.net-ի հաղորդմամբ` մետեորիզմի պատճառ կարող են դառնալ մի խումբ գործոններ:

Լոբազգիներ: Լոբազգիները նյութեր են պարունակում, որոնք կարող են մետեորիզմի, որովայնի փքվածության պատճառ դառնալ:

Լակտոզային անբավարարություն: Խնդրի դեպքում նյութափոխանակությունը խանգարվում է, ինչը հանգեցնում է մեծ քանակով գազերի առաջացման: Լակտոզայի յուրացման համար օրգանիզմը որոշակի ֆերմենտներ է արտադրում, սակայն մարդկանց մի մասի օրգանիզմում այն առհասարակ չի արտադրվում կամ շատ քիչ է արտադրվում:

Դեղամիջոցների կողմնակի ազդեցություն: Որոշ դեղամիջոցներ, այդ թվում՝ վիտամիններ, հավելումներ, կարող են մետեորիզմի, որովայնի փքվածության պատճառ դառնալ:

Գրգռված աղու համախտանիշ: Որպես կանոն, այս հիվանդությունն ուղեկցվում է այս ախտանշաններով ևս՝ քաշի անբացատրելի կորուստ, քրոնիկական դիարեա, արյուն արտաթորանքում, փորկապություն և ցավ որովայնում:

Փորկապություն: Փորկապության դեպքում նյութափոխանակության արգասիքները կուտակվում են աղիներում, զարգանում են բակտերիաներ, որոնք մեծ քանակով գազեր են արտադրում: Փորկապությունից խուսափելու համար բավարար քանակով հեղուկ օգտագործեք, բջջանյութով հարուստ սնունդ:

Վարակներ և հիվանդություններ: Մետեորիզմի պատճառները կարող են կապված լինել շատ ավելի լուրջ խնդիրների՝ վարակների և հիվանդությունների զարգացման հետ: Այս խնդիրը կարող է վկայել ցելակիայի, աղիների վարակիչ հիվանդությունների, անանցանելիության և բորբոքման մասին:
