LIFE8-ամյա տղան հիվանդ էր, շուրջ մեկ շաբաթ նրա մոտ սուր շնչառական վարակ էր, մայրը հետևելով գովազդներին, երեխային օրը 3 անգամ տալիս էր Նայզ դեղորայք: Ամեն ինչ թվում էր լավ է ընթանում, երեխայի մոտ ջերմություն չկար, չկային նաև հազի և մրսածության նշաններ: Սակայն հանկարծ երեխայի վիճակը կտրուկ վատանում է, երեխան սկսում է մահանալ, նրան տեղափոխեցին վերակենդանացման բաժին, բժիշկներն արեցին ամեն ինչ, սակայն ապարդյուն, երեխայի կյանքը չհաջողվեց փրկել: Նա մահացավ մեկ ժամ անց: Դիահերձման ժամանակ պարզվել է, որ երեխայի մոտ զարգացել է սուբտոտալ թոքաբորբ, հեպատիտ, նեֆրիտ, սերոզային մենինգիտ:

Բժիշկները խստիվ արգելում են երեխաներին բուժել այս դեղամիջոցի օգնությամբ: Նրանք արդեն պարզել են, որ եթե իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխում նախկինում թվացյալ «լավ վիճակում», սակայն տվյալ պահին շատ ծանր վիճակում երեխա, ապա նրա անամնեզում առկա է նայզի կամ նիմեսուլիդ պարունակող այլ դեղամիջոցի ընդունում:
Այդ դեղորայքը օրգանիզմին զրկում է պայքարելու ունակությունից և թվացյալ լավ վիճակը դա օրգանիզմի պաշտպանվել չկարողանալու վիճակն է, այսինք ոչինչ չի խանգարում, որպեսզի միկրոբը կամ վիրուսը զարգացում ապրեն: Ի դեպ, հիշեցման թերթիկում նշվում է անեմիայի, լեյկո-թրոմբոցիտոպենիայի զարգացումը:
