Ինչու՞ է պետք ամեն օր սուրճ խմել. գիտնականները լուրջ պատճառ են բացահայտում
LIFEՕգուտ կտա նույնիսկ ամենաէժանագին սուրճը։
Մի թարմ հետազոտություն, որի արդյունքները հրապարակել է Ամերիկական բժշկական ասոցիացիան՝ JAMA Internal Medicine-ը, փաստում է՝ նրանք, ովքեր պարբերաբար սուրճ են խմում, շատ ավելի շատ շանսեր ունեն ապրելու ևս 10 տարի, քան նրանք, ովքեր անտեսում են այս ըմպելիքը։
Այսպիսի եզրահանգման գալու համար Ամերիկայի՝ ուռուցքաբանության ազգային ինստիտուտի գիտնականներն անցկացրել են անհավանական լայնամասշտաբ վիճակագրական հետազոտություն։ Նրանք օգտագործել են Մեծ Բրիտանիայում անցկացված գենետիկական հետազոտության՝ UK Biobank-ի մասնակիցների տվյալները։ Դրա կամավորները մոտ միլիոնի էին հասնում, և գրեթե 20 տարի նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը պարբերաբար անալիզներ էր տալիս և պատասխանում բազում հարցերի՝ իր առողջության, կենսակերպի, սովորությունների և այլնի մասին։
UK Biobank-ի հեղինակների համաձայնությամբ ամերիկացիները ընտրել են նրանց հարցաթերթիկները, ովքեր ամեն օր սուրճ են խմել։ Գիտնականները վերլուծել են ըմպելիքի քանակն ու որակը (աղացած կամ լուծվող, թունդ կամ ոչ թունդ) և այն, թե ինչպես է փոխվել սուրճամոլների առողջությունը 10 տարվա ընթացքում։
Այս տասնամյակի ընթացքում մահացել է UK Biobank հետազոտության 14 225 մասնակից, բայց նրանց մեջ չափազանց ավելի շատ են նրանք, ովքեր չեն խմել սուրճ։
Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ մահվան ավելի ցածր ռիսկ նկատվել է նույնիսկ նրանց մոտ, ովքեր խմել են բացառապես լուծվող սուրճ կամ սուրճ՝ առանց կոֆեինի օրական 8 բաժակ կամ ավելի։
Թե ինչի հետ է սա կապված, գիտնականներն իրենք էլ դեռ չեն հասկանում։ Ենթադրվում է, որ պատճառները համալիր են։ Սուրճը հզոր առողջարար ազդեցություն է ունենում օրգանիզմի վրա։
- Սուրճը (ինչպես կոֆեինով, այնպես էլ առանց դրա) համարվում է առաջատար՝ հակաօքսիդանտ նյութերի բաղադրությամբ, որոնք խոչընդոտում են բջիջների քայքայմանը։
- Այն պաշտպանում է ցիռոզից և լյարդի այլ հիվանդություններից։
- Դանդաղեցնում է օրգանիզմում բորբոքային գործընթացների զարգացումը։
- Իջեցնում է II տիպի դիաբետի ռիսկը։
Մի խոսքով, սուրճ խմելը միանշանակ ավելի օգտակար է, քան չխմելը։ Հենվելով հետազոտության վրա՝ գիտնականները նույնիսկ առաջարկում են սուրճը դարձնել առողջ սննդի համակարգի կարևոր մաս։
