LIFEԱյս միջոցն օգտագործում էր դեռևս Հիպոկրատը: Մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում բուժվում են այնպիսի հիվանդություններ, ինչպիսիք են դիզենտերիան, սալմոնելոզը, ստամոքսի խոցը, բարակ աղու խոցը, կոլիտը (հաստ աղու բորբոքում), դիսբակտերիոզը, կույրաղիքի բորբոքումը: Դեղամիջոցի առավելությունը կայանում է նրանում, որ այն սպանում է միայն հիվանդածին մանրէներին և ոչ մի վնաս չի հասցնում ստամոքսի և աղիների օգտակար միկրոֆլորային:
Անհրաժեշտ է պատրաստել թուրմ՝ նռան չոր կեղևներից: Կեղևի և եռացրած ջրի հարաբերությունը պետք է լինի 1:20-ի: Նախօրոք տաքացրած բաժակի կամ ապակե բանկայի մեջ լցրեք 10-12գ նռան չոր կեղև և վրան ավելացրեք 200մլ եռման ջուր: Ծածկեք ափսեով և թրմեք 25-30 րոպե: Դրանից անմիջապես հետո անհրաժեշտ է խմել: Կեղևը պետք է մնա բաժակի մեջ, քանի որ թրման պրոցեսը շարունակվում է:
Դիզենտերիան, սալմոնելոզը, կույրաղիքի բորբոքումը բուժելու համար պատրաստելուց անմիջապես հետո (այսինքն եռացրած ջուրը լցնելուց 25-30 րոպե հետո) պետք է խմել թուրմի կեսը: Եթե որոշ ժամանակ անց ձեզ առողջ եք զգում, ուրեմն ձեզ մոտ ստամոքսի սովորական խանգարում էր (փորլուծություն): Իսկ եթե ոչ, նշանակում է ավելի լուրջ խնդիր է. Պետք է մնալ տանը և 3 ժամ անց խմել մնացած թուրմը: Բուժումը սկսելուց հինգ ժամ անց լրիվ առողջ կլինեք:
Ստամոքսի և բարակ աղու խոցը, կոլիտը, դիսբակտերիոզը բուժելու համար կպահանջվի մեկ շաբաթ: Նռան կեղևը 25-30 րոպե թրմելուց հետո սկսեք խմել: Ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում պետք է խմել թուրմի կեսը (90-100մլ)՝ 4 անգամից, հավասար ժամանակահատվածներով: Ստացվում է, որ ամեն անգամ խմում եք 20-25մլ: Խմում եք սոված վիճակում: Առաջին չափաբաժինը խմում եք առավոտյան, 4-ը՝ քնելուց առաջ: Թուրմը խմում եք օրը մեջ, այսինքն շաբաթվա 1, 3, 5, 7 օրերը խմում եք, իսկ 2, 4, 6՝ չեք խմում: Այդքանը բավական է լիովին բուժվելու համար: Սակայն եթե բարդ դեպքերում (օրինակ՝ ստամոքսի խոց) ապահովության համար ցանկանում եք շարունակել բուժումը, ապա կարող եք կրկնել կուրսը, բայց մեկ շաբաթից ոչ շուտ:
ՀԻՇԵՑՆՈՒՄ ԵՄ, թուրմը պետք չէ քամել, քանի որ թրման պրոցեսը շարունակվում է: Բուժման ընթացքում ալկոհոլը խստիվ արգելվում է:
