ՀՀ ՊՆ-ում անցկացվել է հայ-ռուսական միջպետական հանձնաժողովի նիստը. այցելել են նաեւ 102-րդ ռազմակայան
SOCIETYԱպրիլի 10-ից 13-ը ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում անցկացվել է ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղակայման եվ գործառնման նպատակով հողատարածքների ու անշարժ գույքի փոխանցման հայ-ռուսական միջպետական հանձնաժողովի 12-րդ նիստը:
ՊՆ-ից հայտնում են, որ Միջպետական հանձնաժողովը կազմավորվել է «ՀՀ եւ ՌԴ կառավարությունների միջեւ ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման կետերի եւ ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման ու գործառման համար հողամասերի հանձնման ու օգտագործման կարգի մասին» 1996թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ի համաձայնագրի համապատասխան
Հանձնաժողովի 12-րդ նիստի աշխատանքներին հայկական կողմից ներգրավվել են պաշտպանության նախարարության եւ շահագրգիռ այլ գերատեսչությունների, պետական ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ:
Նիստի օրակարգային հարցերի շրջանակում քննարկվել են հանձնաժողովի 11-րդ նիստի որոշումների կատարմանը, ռուսական կողմին հանձնված եւ հանձնման ենթակա ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղակայման կետերի անվանացանկին համապատասխան ռազմավանների օգտագործման իրավունքի գրանցման վկայականների համադրմանը, ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեխնիկայի ուժերով Գյումրիի քաղաքային ճանապարհների հատվածների նորոգման համար օգնության ցուցաբերմանը, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի ռազմավանների գործունեությանն առնչվող այլ հարցեր:
Միջպետական հանձնաժողովի անդամները դիտարկման նպատակով այցելել են նաեւ ՀՀ տարածքում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմակայան:
Ապրիլի 12-ին անցկացված ամփոփիչ նիստի ընթացքում ստորագրվել է ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղակայման եւ գործառնման նպատակով հողատարածքների ու անշարժ գույքի փոխանցման հայ-ռուսական միջպետական հանձնաժողովի 12-րդ նիստի արձանագրությունը:
