Թուրքիայի արեւելյան շրջաններում փողոց դուրս գալու արգելք սահմանվելուց հետո քրդերի կոտորածի հեղինակները հիմնականում արաբերեն ու ադրբեջաներեն խոսող խմբավորումներ են։ Այս մասին գրել է թուրքական BirGun պարբերականը։
Պարբերականը գրել է, թե Դիարբեքիր նահանգի Սիլվան, Սուր եւ Բիսմիլի շրջաններում փողոց դուրս գալու արգելք սահմանվելուց հետո փողոցներում հայտնվել են «Էսեդուլլահ թիմ» գրությունը, ինչը քուրդ բնակչության մեջ մտավախություն է առաջացրել, որ քրդերին կոտորող նոր ընդհատակյա պետական խմբավորում է առաջացել։ Այս գրություններն այնքան շատ են եղել, որ քրդական «Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական» կուսակցության պատգամավորներն այս հարցով գրավոր դիմել են ՆԳ նախարարին եւ ներկայում պատասխանին են սպասում։
Բացի այդ, բնակիչները շեշտել են, որ բնակչության կոտորածի մեջ աչքի են ընկել արաբերեն ու ադրբեջաներենով խոսող խմբեր, որոնք իրենց հանդերձանքով տարբերվել են սովորական թուրք զինվորների ու ոստիկանների հանդերձանքից։
Նշենք, որ քրդաբնակ մի շարք բնակավայրերում փողոց դուրս գալու արգելք սահմանվելուց հետո ոստիկաններն ու զինվորականները սպանել են բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիական անձանց։
