Արզումանյան 10 շենքը փլուզման եզրին է, իսկ բնակիչների մի մասը չի ընդունում պետության առաջարկը` վստահություն չկա (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYԵրևան քաղաքի Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Ազրումանյան 10 հասցեի շենքը 4-րդ կարգի վթարային է և բնակության համար վտանգավոր: Այնտեղ այս պահին բնակվում է 36 ընտանիք:
Բնակիչները Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեցին, որ պետությունը տեղյակ է խնդրից: «Այս պահին պետությունն ասում է, որ չունի համապատասխան միջոցներ, որ բնակարաններ տրամադրի բնակիչներին, որպեսզի դուրս գան այդ շենքից»,- ասում են բնակիչները:
Նրանց խոսքով՝ պետությունն առաջարկում է, որ շենքի բնակիչները երեք տարով վարձով բնակվեն, իսկ վարձը փոխանցի պետությունը: Ըստ առաջարկի` նույն այդ 3 տարիների ընթացքում կառուցապատողի կողմից այդ նույն վայրում կկառուցվի նոր շենք, որում այդ 36 ընտանիքները կստանան բնակարաններ. մնացած բնակարանները կառուցապատողը կվաճառի:
Ըստ բնակիչների՝ խնդիրն այն է, որ շենքի բնակիչների մի մասը` 12 ընտանիք, չի համաձայնում պետության այս առաջարկին. նրանք պահանջում են հենց այս պահին իրենց ապահովել բնակարաններով, հետո նոր միայն դուրս կգան իրենց բնակարաններից:
«Իրենք հենց հիմա են ուզում բնակարան, բայց պետությունն ասում է՝ այս պահին գումար չկա, մենք էլ մնացել ենք այս վիճակում»,- ասացին բնակիչները:
«Կառավարությունն էլ գիտի այդ մասին, իրենք էլ են մտածում, բայց ելքը չեն գտնում՝ ինչպես այդ 12 ընտանիքին բնակարանով ապահովեն: Մեր մնացած բնակիչները համաձայն են, որ սպասեն շենքի քանդմանը և երեք տարի հետո կառուցմանը: Ավագանու անդամները պետք է գան խոսեն այն բնակիչների հետ, որոնք համաձայն չեն դուրս գալ: Ասել են` կգանք, կխոսենք, կբացատրենք, որ բոլորս էլ վտանգի տակ ենք, ամբողջ երեք մուտքը վտանգի տակ է»,- նշեցին նրանք:
«Մեզ խոստացել են, որ մեր վարձերը տալու են, երեք կողմանի պայմանագիր է կնքվելու կառավարչի, բանկի և քաղաքապետարանի միջև, որ մենք ապահովված ենք լինելու, որ մեզ չեն խաբելու, մեր բնակարանները չեն կորելու: Մեր փաստաթղթերը մեր ձեռքին են լինելու, իրենք մեզ վարձ են տալու, երեք տարի հետո երկու հարկը՝ 36 բնակարան, կտան մեր բնակիչներին»,- նշեցին բնակիչները:
Նրանք միևնույն ժամանակ պնդեցին` մյուս բնակիչներեը չեն համաձայնում առանց նախապես բնակարան տրամադրելու լքել իրենց տները, քանի որ չեն վստահում, հույս չունեն, թե երեք տարի հետո կստանան բնակարաններ:
Նշենք, որ ամենածանր վիճակում գտնվում է շենքի 1-ին մուտքը. այդ մուտքի բնակիչների խոսքով` ամբողջ օրը նախընտրում են դրսոմ մնալ և տուն գնում են շատ ուշ ժամի` միայն քնելու համար:
