POLITICS«Երևան քաղաքի աղբահանության խնդրի հետ կապված քաղաքապետարանի տարածած հայտարարություններում որևէ առարկայական լուծում չի նշվում»,-ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Երևանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության անդամ Դավիթ Խաժակյանը:
Անդրադառնալով «Սանիթեք» ընկերության հայտարարությանը, թե քաղաքապետարանի հետ բանակցություններն ավարտվում են, ավագանու անդամը նշեց, որ նույն տեքստը ասել է նաև քաղաքապետը` հոկտեմբեր ամսին, բայց մինչև օրս աղբահանության խնդրին վերջնական լուծում չի տրվել:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք այս օրերին քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի հետ չեն քննարկել աղբահանության խնդիրը` հաշվի առնելով աղբի օրեցօր ավելացումը քաղաքում և բնակչության բողոքը, Դավիթ Խաժակյանը պատասխանեց. «Քաղաքապետի հետ մեր նախաձեռնությամբ քննարկում ունեցել ենք: Ամիսներ առաջ, ես անձամբ դիմել եմ քաղաքապետին, որպեսզի նա ներկայացնի, թե աղբահանության խնդրին ինչ լուծում է տեսնում: Քաղաքապետի պատկերացումն այդ առումով պարփակված էր մրցույթի արդյունքում ձեռք բերված աղբահանող մեքենաներով, որը, սակայն, կասեցվեց Գնումների բողոքարկման խորհրդի կողմից` համարվելով ոչ օրինական: Դատելով քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի և «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ավագանու անդամների հայտարարություններից՝ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, ասես աղբահանության խնդիրը պատկերացնում են միայն աղբահանության համար նախատեսված այդ մեքենաների գնումով: Նրանք այդ հարցով դիմել են դատարան, բայց դատարանը նույնիսկ վարույթ չի ընդունել գործը: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ այս պարագայում կա դատական գործընթաց, որը տևելու է շատ երկար և, եթե այլ լուծում չգտնենք, այո, Երևան քաղաքն աղբի մեջ կկորի: Դա շատ պարզ է, ես բարձրաձայնում եմ այդ մասին և ասում եմ, որ եթե նրանք սպասում են այդ մեքենաները գնելուն, ապա դա ամիսներ է տևելու, եթե ոչ տարիներ»,-ասաց Դավիթ Խաժակյանը:
Անդրադառնալով` առաջիկայում խնդրի վերաբերյալ քաղաքապետի հետ իրենց հանդիպմանը, Դավիթ Խաժակյանը նշեց, որ ապրիլի 23-ին ավագանու հերթական նիստն է տեղի ունենալու, և այդ ընթացքում իրենք աղբահանության խնդրից և դրա հնարավորինս մոտալուտ լուծումից կխոսեն:
