Ապրիլի 13-ին` ժամը 14.30-ին, ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները ծառայություն կատարելիս բնապահպանական բնույթի հանցագործությունները կանխելու նպատակով ապօրինի փայտանյութ տեղափոխելու կասկածանքով Դսեղ գյուղի «Ջաղացներ» կոչվող տեղամասին հարող ճանապարհին ստուգման են ենթարկել 1969 թ. ծնված Աշոտ Ա.-ի վարած «Իվեկո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որը բեռնված է եղել մոտ 5 խմ փայտանյութով:

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ Աշոտ Ա.-ն փայտանյութի ձեռք բերման համար համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացրել և հայտնել է, որ փայտանյութը պատկանում է իրեն, այն ապրիլի 13-ին, ժամը 07.00-ից 13.30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, հատել է Լոռու մարզի Եղեգնուտ գյուղին հարակից անտառից՝ տարբեր տեսակի և տրամաչափի թափված ծառերից:

Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22.10-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները Մարց գյուղի «Իքատակ» կոչվող հանդամասում ստուգման են ենթարկել 1991 թ. ծնված Արման Հ.-ի վարած «Զիլ-130» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որը բեռնված է եղել շուրջ 5 խմ հաճարենու նմանվող փայտանյութով: Արման Հ.-ն փայտանյութի ձեռք բերման համար համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացրել և հայտնել է, որ փայտանյութը պատկանում է հորը, որը նա ապօրինի պատրաստել է ապրիլի 10-ից 13-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Մարց գյուղի «Իքատակ» կոչվող հանդամասից՝ բենզասղոցի գործադրմամբ հատելով 1 քամատապալ ծառ:

Ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի ծառայողները ժամը 22.55-ին Մարց գյուղի «Իքատակ» կոչվող հանդամասում ստուգման են ենթարկել 1983 թ. ծնված Սոս Մ.-ի վարած «ԳԱԶ-66» առանց հաշվառման համարանիշի ավտոմեքենան, որը բեռնված է եղել շուրջ 3 խմ լորենու նմանվող փայտանյութով:

Սոս Մ.-ն փայտանյութի ձեռք բերման համար համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացրել և հայտնել է, որ փայտանյութը պատկանում է համագյուղացի 1977 թ. ծնված Ռոբերտ Ա.-ին, ով այն ապօրինի պատրաստել է ապրիլի 13-ին, ժամը 14.00-ի սահմաններում, Մարց գյուղի «Իքատակ» կոչվող հանդամասից՝ բենզասղոցի գործադրմամբ հատելով 1 հատ քամատապալ և 1 հատ կանգուն ծառ:
Փայտանյութով բեռնված ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Թումանյանի բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք:
