Իսկ եթե ձուն ուտում եք, ապա դեն մի նետեք կեղևը, քանի որ այն պարունակում է ազոտ, ֆոսֆորաթթու և կալցիում, որոնք նույնպես շատ օգտակար են բույսերի համար։
