  • Վերցեք 5 գրամ դափնու տերև, լցրեք դրա վրա  300 մլ․ ջուր և եփեք այն 5 րոպե,
  • Անջատեք թերմոսը և սպասեք 3-4 ժամ։ Վերջ, միջոցը պատրաստ է օգտագործման համար,
  •  Խմեք փոքր կումերով այնպես, որպեսզի ձգեք ընթացակարգը 12 ժամ՝ այսինքն 1 թեյի գդալ 12 րոպեն մեկ։

Ոչ մի դեպքում չխմեք այն մեծ չափաբաժնով կամ միանգամից։

Գործընթացը պետք է կատարել՝

  • առաջին անգամ 3 օր շարունակ,
  •  մեկ շաբաթից 3-օրյա կուրսը կրկնեք,
  • առաջին տարին հոդերի բուժումը կրկնեք 1 անգամ 3 ամսում,
