Մշակույթում անորակի և անճաշակի գերիշխանության մասին

Երբ լուսաբանում, խոսում ենք մշակութային անորակ աշխատանքի մասին, սա խրախուսում է անճաշակության զարգացումը: Բացի դա, կրթական համակարգում տեղ է գտել ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցումը: Իրականում անճաշակության շատացման տարբեր պատճառներ կան: Ստեղծագործող անհատներ կան, որոնք ինքնուրույնություն ունեն և անձեռնմխելի են մնում անճաշակությունից, բայց ընդհանուր միջավայրի, արվեստ սիրող հասարակության գնահատման կուլտուրան է ընկել: Սա միայն իշխանության կամ նախարարության հետ կապված չէ: Այն ազդում է իրավասու կազմակերպությունների վրա, որոնք պատասխանատու են այդ ասպարեզի համար:

Մենք, օրինակ, հիմա ավելի շատ ժամանցային հաղորդումներն ենք խրախուսում, պրոպագանդում: Այժմ ժամանցային ոլորտի գործիչներն ավելի հայտնի են, քան իրական արվեստ ստեղծողները: Այդ բոլորն, իհարկե, ունենում է իր բացասական ազդեցությունը մշակույթի վրա:

Մշակույթի նախարարության գործունեությունը պետք է վերանայվի

Նախարարության լինել-չլինելը ադմինիստրատիվ խնդիր է, բայց շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի հասարակությունը հասկանա՝ երկիրը որոշակի ուշադրություն է դարձնում մշակույթին: Ասում են՝ նախարարությունը վատ է աշխատել, բայց ես այդ նախարարությունը տեսել եմ տարբեր նախարարների օրոք: Խորհրդային տարիներին շատ հարցեր կախված էին անհատներից, բայց կար նաև պետական, համակարգային մտահոգություն արվեստի նկատմամբ: Շատերը կասեն՝ պրոպագանդա էր, բայց դա այլ խնդիր է: Պետական ուշադրությունն իր ազդեցությունն էր ունենում մշակույթի զարգացման, տարածման վրա: 

Հիմա կյանքը փոխվել է, փոխվել են հարաբերությունները: Բայց կարծում եմ, որ ցանկացած պարագայում մշակույթի նախարարությունն անհրաժեշտ է: Ունենք մեծաթիվ մշակութային արժեքներ, որոնք պահպանելու խնդիր կա: Թողնել դա առանձին կազմակերպություններին` այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ, և չի կարող արդյունք տալ: Այլ հարց է, որ նախարարության գործունեությունը պետք է վերանայվի: Ասպարեզում պետք է կառավարեն մարդիկ, որոնք որոշակի մակարդակ ունեն հասկանալու՝ ինչ է մշակույթը, ազգի և արվեստի պատմությունը, մշակութային միջավայրը: Պարտադիր չէ լինել լավ արվեստագետ կամ երաժշտագետ, այլ պետք է լինել լավ կազմակերպիչ, որը կգիտակցի մշակութային ոլորտի արժևորումը: Դա կախված չէ առանձին չինովնիկից. սա ամբողջ հասարակության խնդիրն է:

Պետք է մնալ երկրում, մասնակից դառնալ երկրի կառուցմանը

Մենք երեսուն տարի սպասեցինք նորմալ կյանք ունենալուն, համբերեցինք, ամեն ինչ տեսանք: Չեմ ուզում անդրադառնալ վատ երևույթներին: Եթե 30 տարի անընդհատ քանդել ենք մեր իրականությունը, մսխել ենք եղած հարստությունը, որը կուտակվել էր ժողովրդի քրտինքով, մի օրվա մեջ հնարավո՞ր է վերականգնել: Ես չեմ կարծում: Բոլորս էլ ուզում ենք միանգամից լավը տեսնել: 

Առաջին հերթին գնացողի «ոտքը պետք է կտրվի», որ նա չգնա երկրից: Պետք է մնա Հայաստանում, մասնակից դառնա այս երկրի կառուցմանը: Եթե բոլորը մտածեն գնալու մասին, այս երկրում ո՞վ պետք է մնա: Է, թողնենք գնանք, ինչո՞ւ ենք սրա-նրա հետ պատերազմ ու կռիվ սարքում: Սա մեծագույն չարիքներից է:

Կարծում եմ, որ կուսակցական համակարգով երկիրը կառավարելը սպառել է իրեն: Մեր նման փոքր պետությունը կառավարման իր համակարգը պետք է ունենա: Պառլամենտարիզմը բերում է նրան, որ արդյունքում մոռանում են երկիրն էլ, ազգն էլ, և ամեն մեկն ընկնում է իր շահերի հետևից:

Ես չեմ հավատում, որ մարդը, ում վիճակվել է պատմական շրջանում երկրի համար կարևոր գործ անել, դա չի անի: Չեմ ուզում դրան հավատալ:

Իհարկե, չարախոսողներ ու խանգարողներ էլ կան: Փոխանակ ամեն մեկս մի ծառ տնկի, ասում ենք՝ այդքան ծառը սխալ է տնկած, հանում ենք, դեն նետում: «Թաթալաբազությունը» կերել է մեր երկիրը:
