1915-ծնվել է հայ նկարչուհի Ռեգինա Ղազարյանը։
1932-ծնվել է հայ քաղաքական և պետական գործիչ Կարեն Սերոբի Դեմիրճյանը։
1975-մահացել է հայ արձակագիր Վիգեն Խեչումյանը։
2008-Մեկնարկում է «Ազգային պատկերասրահ» միջազգային չորրորդ փառատոնը:
2009-Բագրատաշենի շուկայի փակումից երկու տարի հետո կրկին փորձ է արվել հայվրացական սահմանում վերականգնել առևտուրը, և նման տիպի շուկա է բացել Բագրատաշենի բնակիչներից մեկը:
2014-պետական ծառայողներին տրամադրվող սոցփաթեթների առողջապահության մասը ապահովագրական ընկերություններից փոխանցվել է առողջապահության նախարարությանը:
2017-Ադրբեջանում լայնածավալ զորավարժություններ են սկսվել, որոնք անցկացվել են բարդ ռելիեֆային պայմաններում մարտ մղելու սցենարով:
2018-ոստիկանական ուժերի լիակատար շրջափակման պայմաններում Ազգային ժողովը վարչապետ ընտրեց Սերժ Սարգսյանին:
-Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանավարման ժամկետի երկարաձգման դեմ պայքարի դուրս եկած «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ մեկնարկում է ժողովրդական ոչ-բռնի թավշյա հեղափոխությունը:
ԱՇԽԱՐՀ
1492- Քրիստոփոր Կոլումբոսը պայմանագիր է կնքել Իսպանիայի հետ այն մասին, որ պարտավորվում է հայտնագործել նոր ուղի դեպի Հնդկաստան։
1607-21-ամյա Արման Ժան դյու Պլեսսի Դե Ռիշել յեն՝ Ֆրանսիայի ապագա հզոր կարդինալը, ձեռնադրվել է եպիսկոպոս։
1722- Ռուսաստանում Պետրոս Առաջինը 50 ռուբլու չափով հարկ է սահմանել մորուք պահելու համար։
1790-մահացել է ամերիկացի լուսավորող, գիտնական և քաղաքական գործիչ Բենջամին Ֆրանկլինը։
1837-մահացել է ամերիկացի ֆինանսիստ, արդյունաբերող, «Ջեներալ էլեկտրիկս» ընկերության հիմնադիր Ջոն Պիրպոնտ Մորգանը։
1839- Կենտրոնական Ամերիկայի հանրապետությունների ֆեդերացիայի փլուզումից հետո առաջացել է Գվատեմալա պետությունը։
1856-Կանադայի մայրաքաղաք է դարձել Քվեբեկ քաղաքը։
1875-Հնդկաստանում բրիտանական զորքերի գնդապետ Նեվիլ Չեմբերլենը մտածել և ստեղծել է «Սնուկեր» բիլիարդային խաղը։
1891-ռուսական ցար Ալեքսանդր Երրորդը հրապարակել է հրաման Տարնսսիբի՝ Մեծ սիբիրյան ճանապարհի կառուցման մասին։
1919-Ֆրանսիայում սահմանվել է 8-ժամյա աշխատանքային օր։
1946-Ֆրանսիան ճանաչել է Սիրիայի անկախությունը։
1968-ԽՍՀՄ-ում առաջին անգամ եթեր է հեռարձակվել «Կենդանիների աշխարհում» հաղորդումը, որի առաջին վարողը եղել է Ալեքսանդր Զգուրիդին։
-ծնվել է Ռուսաստանի ժողովրդական արտիստուհի, էստրադային երգչուհի Վալերիան։
1980-Հարավային Ռոդեզիան դարձել է Մոզամբիկ։
1982-Անգլիայի թագուհի Ելիզավետա Երկրորդը Կանադան հայտարարել է լրիվ անկախ երկիր և ճանաչել է Կանադայի նոր Սահմանադրությունը։
2011-«ՆՎՕ» հեռուստաընկերությունը ցուցադրել է «Գահերի խաղը» հեռուստասերիալի առաջին սերիան։
2014-մահացել է կոլումբիացի գրող, նոբել յան մրցանակակիր (1982) Գաբրիել Գարսիա Մարկեսը։
