Երևանի ավագանին կքննարկի ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրը «Հանրապետության տուն» անվանակոչելու հարցը
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատազմի ղեկավար Էմիլ Տարասյանը գրություն է ուղարկել Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանին՝ խնդրելով քննարկել Բաղրամյան 26 հասցեում գտնվող ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրի վարչական տարածքը «Հանրապետության տուն» անվանակոչելու հարցը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Երևանի քաղաքապետին հասցեագրված գրության մեջ նշվում է, որ 2019 թվականի մարտի 1-ից Հանրապետության նախագահը և իր աշխատակազմը Մաշտոցի պողոտա 47 հասցեից տեղափոխվել են Բաղրամյան պողոտա 26 հասցեում գտնվող նախագահական նստավայրի վարչական շենք: Նույն շենքում աշխատասենյակ է նախատեսված նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի համար, նրան ընձեռված է նաև արարողակարգային նշանակության դահլիճներից օգտվելու հնարավորություն:
Նշվում է, որ Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրի վարչական շենքում է տեղակայված և իր գործունեությունն է ծավալում նաև «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամը: Նույն՝ Բաղրամյան պողոտա 26 հասցեում հաշվառված է նաև Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրի վարչական շենքի հարևանությամբ գտնվող բազմաբնակարան շենքը՝ ինչը հաճախ թյուրիմացությունների տեղիք է տալիս՝ հատկապես պաշտոնական հեռագրերի, նամակների և այլ գրությունների առաքման և ստացման հետ կապված:
Գրության մեջ ասված է, որ Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմը ծրագրում է Բաղրամյան պողոտա 26 հասցեում գտնվող վարչական շենքի դահլիճներում, ինչպես նաև հարակից տարածքում իրականացնել մշակութային միջոցառումներ, այդ թվում՝ համերգներ, ցուցահանդեսներ, շնորհանդեսներ և այլն:
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ խոսքը վերաբերում է Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրին և դրա նշանակության վերաիմաստավորմանը, «Երևան քաղաքում տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 52-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 4-րդ կետի և «Աշխարհագրական անվանումների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 1.1-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ խնդրում ենք սահմանված կարգով քննարկել Հանրապետության նախագահի նստավայրի վարչական տարածքի Բաղրամյան պողոտա 26 համարակալումը հանելու և այն «Հանրապետության տուն» անվանակոչելու հարցը»,- ասված է գրության մեջ:
ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի գրությանն արձագանքել է Երևանի քաղաքապետը: Հայկ Մարությանը հայտնել է, որ ՀՀ նախագահի և իր աշխատակազմի զբաղեցրած Բաղրամյան պողոտայի հ.26 հասցեում գտնվող շենք-շինությունների և դրանց զբաղեցրած ու սպասարկման համար ծառայող հողամասին 2019 թվականի ապրիլի 8-ին հ.1071-Աորոշմամբ տրամադրվել է «Մարշալ Բաղրամյան պողոտա հ.26/1 հասցեն:
Երևանի քաղաքապետը նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀՀ նախագահի նստավայրի վարչական տարածքը «Հանրապետության տուն» անվանակոչելու հարցը սահմանված կարգով կներկայացվի Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու 2019 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ին կայանալիք առաջիկա նիստի քննարկմանը:
