POLITICSՎերաբերմունքը Ազգային ժողովի նկատմամբ չափազանց հարգալից եւ ինստիտուցիոնալ է, սակայն իմ խոսքը ԱԺ-ում մեկնաբանվել է որպես անհարգալից վերաբերմունք: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 18-ին, կառավարության նիստի սկզբում նշեց ֆինանսների նախարար Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանը:
Նշենք, որ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պահանջով այսօր քվեարկության դրվեց, բայց չանցավ այն նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում էր վերանայել Ատոմ Ջանջուղազյանի պաշտոնավարումը ֆինանսների նախարարի պաշտոնում:
Խմբակցության այս դիրքորոշումը ներկայացնելիս դրա ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը պնդում էր, որ նախարարն անհարգալից վերաբերմունք է ցուցաբերել ԱԺ հանդեպ, կոմպետենտ չէ և այլն։
«Ես կուզենայի, որ հստակ եւ մեկընդմիշտ այս հարցը որոշակիացվի: Հարգանքը ինստիտուտի նկատմամբ չունի այլընտրանք, թե որպես ամբողջական ԱԺ, թե խմբակցություն, թե որպես առանձին վերցրած պատգամավոր, որովհետեւ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը ինստիտուտ է: Այս ամենը այլ կերպ ընկալել, քան շահարկման փորձ, դժվար է»,-ասաց Ջանջուղազյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ հարցի քննարկմանն ինքը չի մասնակցել ԱԺ-ում, ինչը մեկնաբանվել է որպես անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, Ջանջուղազյանն ասաց, որ ԱԺ կանոնակարգը որեւէ մասնակցություն չի նախատեսում:
Իր հերթին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձագանքեց, որ ԱԺ-ի եւ պատգամավորների հանդեպ հարգանքը չունի այլընտրանք. «Կարծում եմ, նման դեպքերի համար պետք է մշակել որոշակի վարքագծային կանոններ: Եթե դա շատ կարեւոր է, մենք կարող ենք քննարկել բոլոր քվեարկությունների ժամանակ կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների ներկայության հարցը:
Բայց կարող են բարդություններ առաջանալ, որովհետեւ տասնյակ օրենքներ ու նախագծեր են քվեարկվում»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ կարելի է այդ հարցը ԱԺ-ի հետ աշխատանքային մակարդակով լուծել, ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ»:
