NEWS.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝  ավարտվել է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Միհրան Պողոսյանի առանձնատան եւ գրասենյակի խուզարկությունը։ Նախնական տեղեկություններով՝ խուզարկությունը տեղի է ունեցել Միհրան Պողոսյանի ընտանիքի անդամների ներկայությամբ։ Առանձնատնից առգրավվել են համակարգիչ եւ որոշակի փաստաթղթեր, սակայն դեռ հայտնի չէ, թե դրան ինչ բնույթի փաստաթղթեր են եւ արդյոք էական նշամակություն կուենան գործի համար։

Մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ խուզարկությունն իրականացվել է ՀՔԾ քննիչների եւ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների մասնակցությամբ։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ իրավապահները խուզարկություն են կատարում ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Միհրան Պողոսյանի առանձնատանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակում ՀՀ դատական ակտերի նախկին գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող Միհրան Պողոսյանը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ հանրորեն վտանգավոր այն արարքների կատարման համար, որ նա, օգտագործելով պաշտոնեական դիրքը, վատնման եղանակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույք է հափշտակել եւ չարաշահել իր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, ինչն առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ: Դատարանը ապրիլի 15-ին որոշում է կայացրել երկու ամսով կալանավորել գեներալին։ Միհրան Պողոսյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:
