ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը եւ Ազգային ժողովի «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այսօր կառավարությունում քննարկել են նաեւ «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը։
«Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են օրակարգային հարցեր, դրանց թվում՝ կառավարություն–խորհրդարան հարաբերությունները, «Արարատցեմենտ» գործարանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ներդրումային միջավայրին առնչվող հարցեր»,–նշեց նա։
Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Իվետա Տոնոյանն էլ NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ եղել է կառուցողական, բարեկամական եւ արդյունավետ հանդիպում, սակայն հրաժարվեց նշել, թե ինչ համաձայնության են եկել։
Նշենք, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այսօր եկել էր կառավարություն՝ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդուարդ Բաբայանի հետ։ Լրագրողների հարցին, թե ինչով է պայմանավորված նրա այցը կառավարություն, Ծառուկյանը հրաժարվել է պատասխանել եւ հետնամուտքից հեռացել է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԺ տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում օրերս բուռն քննարկում էր տեղի ունեցել կառավարության ներկայացրած Պետական տուրքի եւ «Գործունեության իրականացման ծանուցման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքներում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին նախագծերի քննարկման ժամանակ։ Օրինագծերով կառավարությունն առաջարկում էր ներկրվող ցեմենտի վրա պետական տուրք սահմանել՝ 22000 դրամ, ինչը դժգոհություն առաջացրեց իշխանական «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորների շրջանում։ Բացի այդ, որոշվել էր ցեմենտի հումքից (կլինկերից) հանել հարկումը։
Օրերս «ԱրարատՑեմենտ» ՓԲԸ-ն աշխատակիցները բողոքի ակցիա էին դուրս եկել։ Նրանք աշխատանքից ազատման ծանուցագրեր են ստացել: Գործարանի տնօրինությունը պարզաբանել է, որ ցեմենտի արտադրման ծախսերը շատ են, ինքնարժեքը բարձր է:
