SOCIETYՀաշվի առնելով ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից թույլ տրված ենթադրյալ չարաշահումների փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նկատմամբ առկա հանրային հետաքրքրությունը` ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտնում է, որ ՀՀ ՊՎԾ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և ծանր հետևանքներ առաջացնելու, մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու, իրացնելու և օգտագործելու դեպքերի առթիվ 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 20-ին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 325-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա 2019 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ին Դավիթ Սանասարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԱԾ մամուլի ծառայությունից: Քրեական գործով բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որոնք առերևույթ վկայում են այն մասին, որ վերջինս, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ղեկավար, ունենալով ծառայության անմիջական ղեկավարումն իրականացնելու, ծառայության աշխատակիցներին նշանակելու և ազատելու, վերահսկվող օբյեկտներում ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնելու հանձնարարագրեր տալու, վերահսկվող օբյեկտներից ծառայության գործառույթներին առնչվող տեղեկություններ և փաստաթղթեր պահանջելու լիազորություններ, խմբային շահերից ելնելով` իր աշխատակիցների կողմից փաստացի կառավարվող ընկերության ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությանը նպաստելու նպատակով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն առերևույթ օգտագործել է ծառայության շահերին հակառակ, ինչպես նաև չի կատարել իր ծառայողական պարտականությունները:
Վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
Նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի համաձայնությամբ քննիչի կողմից 18.04.2019թ. որոշում է կայացվել ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ղեկավար Դավիթ Սանասարյանի պաշտոնավարությունը ժամանակավոր դադարեցնելու մասին, որն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ վարչապետին:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում գործի հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու նպատակով:
