Բրնձի ջուր

Եռացնել 1 լիտր ջուր, ավելացնել 150 գրամ բրինձ, 5-7 րոպե եփել մարմանդ կրակի վրա, այնուհետև անմիջապես քամել, որպեսզի բրինձը չհասցնի ջուրը ներծծել: Ստացված հեղուկը խմել օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ 100-ական մլ, ուտելու ժամերի միջև:

Խնձորով ու երիցուկով թեյ

500 մլ ջրին ավելացնել թարմ խնձոր: Երբ ջուրը եռա, ավելացնել 1 ճաշի գդալ երիցուկի ծաղիկներ, թողնել ևս մի քանի րոպե, այնուհետև վերցնել կրակից և թրմել: Խմել առավոտյան նախաճաշից և ճաշից առաջ՝ 200-ական մլ:

Կտավատի սերմերի եփուկ

1 ճաշի գդալ կտավատի սերմերի վրա ավելացնել 250 մլ եռման ջուր և թողնել թրմվի ամբողջ գիշեր: Խմել ուտելուց առաջ՝ 60-70 մլ: Եփուկը խմել 30 օր:

Կարտոֆիլի հյութ

Կարտոֆիլի հյութը քամել և խմել 1 ճաշի գդալ ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ:

Այրոցի դեպքում խմել 7-10 օր, գաստրիտի դեպքում՝ 15-20 օր, իսկ խոցային հիվանդության դեպքում՝ 30-40 օր:
