Մեկ տարի անց փաստ է, որ ունենք ֆեյք կառավարություն՝ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ. Շարմազանով
SOCIETYՀայաստանում հեղափոխությունից մեկ տարի անց պարզ է դառնում, որ ունենք ոչ թե կառավարության ղեկավար, այլ՝ հեղափոխական կոմիտեի առաջնորդ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի: Այդ մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 19-ին, ասաց ՀՀԿ մամուլի խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Ըստ Շարմազանովի՝ կառավարությունը ու կառավարության ղեկավարը փորձում են նախկին կառավարությունների դրականը վերցնել եւ օգտագործել, եւ այդ դրականի հիմքի վրա, քարը քարին դնելով, առաջընթաց ապահովել: «Առաջին խնդիրը՝ դա տնտեսությունն էր: Մեկ տարի առաջ Փաշինյանը հանդես եկավ սուտ խոստումներով, եւ մեկ տարի անց տեսնում ենք, որ առկա են չիրականացված խոստումներ, մենք ունենք սուտ քաղաքականություն եւ ունենք ֆեյք կառավարություն՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի: Փաշինյանն ասում էր, որ ունի կախարդական փայտիկ, որի օգնությամբ լինելու են շատ մեծ փոփոխություններ եւ թռիչքային զարգացում»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
Մինչդեռ, ըստ նրա, թռիչքային զարգացում ունենալու հանար անհրաժեշտ է երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ, քանի որ Փաշիյանը շրջանառության մեջ է դրել տնտեսական հեղափոխություն տերմինը. «Տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը ինքնին բլեֆ էր, նման բան չի կարող լինել, քանի որ տնտեսությունը էվոլյուցիոն համակարգ է: Ինչպե՞ս կարող է լինել տնտեսական հեղափոխություն եւ թռիչքային աճ, եթե 2017թ. եղել է 429 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում, իսկ 2018-ին՝ 422մլրդ դրամ, չհաշված, որ դեռ չորս ամիսն էլ մենք ենք աշխատել: Ինչպիսի թռիչքային զարգացում պետք է լինի, եթե փակվում են աշխատատեղերը, եթե բյուջեում դրված է 4.9 տնտեսական աճ, խոսում են 50 հազ. գոյություն չունեղող աշխատատեղերից: Այսինքն մենք ունենք ավելի վատ տնտեսական վիճակ, ներդրումները պակասել են եւ չկա որեւէ լուրջ ներդրումային ծրագիր: Այսօրվա իշխանությունը չունի տնտեսական օրակարգ»:
