Դավիթ Սանասարյանը դատի է տվել Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին

ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության նախկին պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը դատի է տվել Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով։ NEWS.am–ը դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ հայցադիմումը ապրիլի 17–ին Վարչական դատարանն ընդունել է վարույթ։
Դավիթ Սանասարյանը պահանջում է առոչինչ ճանաչել եւ վերացնել ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի յողմից 2019թ. մարտի 18–ի «Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի կողմից <«Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 28-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով ամրագրված էթիկայի կանոնի խախտման վերաբերյալ եզրակացությունը հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 28-Ա որոշում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր Արամ Սիմոնյանի դիմումի հիման վրա հանձնաժողովը վարույթ էր հարուցել եւ նշած եզրակացությամբ արձանագրել, որ Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը թույլ է տվել «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով ամրագրված էթիկայի կանոնի խախտում, այն է՝ իր գործունեությամբ չի նպաստել զբաղեցրած պաշտոնի եւ իր ներկայացրած մարմնի նկատմամբ վստահության եւ հարգանքի ձեւավորմանը։
Դավիթ Սանասարյանն էլ հայտարարել էր, որ չի ընդունում հանձնաժողովի որոշումը եւ որ այն վիճարկելու է դատական կարգով։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ–ում քննվող քրեկան գործով ապրիլի 18-ին Դավիթ Սանասարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու համաեւ եւ որպեզ խափանման միջոց ընտրվել՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։
Քննիչի կողմից միաժամանակ որոշում է կայացվել Դավիթ Սանասարյանի պաշտոնավարությունը ժամանակավոր դադարեցնելու մասին։
