SOCIETYԵթե մտածենք, որ կա խնդիր, եկեք այս մի բանը չանենք, ավելի վատ վիճակում ենք հայտնվելու։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 19-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Քաղաքացու օրվա տոնակատարությունների համար հատկացված գումարին։
«Եթե այդ տրամաբանությամբ շարժվենք, ավելի վատ վիճակում կլինենք, որ մտածենք, եթե կա խնդիր, եկեք այս մի բանը չանենք։ Ժողովրդական խոսք կա՝ լացը լաց է բերում, պետք չէ գնալ այդ ճանապարհով»,–նշեց նա։
Նախարարը շեշտեց՝ ուրախ, տրամադրություն փոխող միջոցառումները շատ անհրաժեշտ են. «Ամեն ինչ իր տեղն ունի, նպատակային է սա, ուզում են տեսք տալ տոնին, եթե ուզում ես տոնը լավ անցնի, ուրեմն պետք է տոնի համար ծախսես: Պետք չէ կենտրոնանալ նման բաների վրա: Ուրախ, տրամադրություն փոխող բաները շատ անհրաժեշտ են: Հարկավոր է շատ ուշադրություն դարձնել, պարզապես ամեն ինչի համար պետք է ճիշտ ձեւ գտնել»։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Շիրակի մարզում անօթեւանների խնդրին, Ցոլակյանն ասաց. «Մենք պետք է ամեն ինչի համար մտածելու ձեւ գտնենք՝ անօթեւանի համար էլ պիտի ձեւ գտնենք, ձեւ կա, ֆինանսներ էլ կան։ Կառավարության արտագնա նիստի ժամանակ հանձնարարվել է քաղաքապետարանին ու մարզպետարանին, որ ներկայացնեն, թե ի՞նչ վիճակ է աղետի գոտում բնակարանների հետ կապված, որից հետո քայլերը կձեռնարկվեն ու կանեն»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 27–ին նշվող Քաղաքացու օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումների անցկացման համար ՀՀ կառավարությունն իր պահուստային ֆոնդից կտրամադրի 124 մլն դրամ:
