Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կրկին սահմանապահ ոստիկանների է ճանապարհել դիրքեր

ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի զորամասերից մեկի ծառայողներն են։ Շարք են կազմել ոստիկանության պետից հերթական անգամ «բարի ծառայություն» լսելու և դեպքի Տավուշ ճանապարհ ընկնելու։ 

 


«Հպարտանում ու հիանում եմ ձեզնով»,- իր խոսքն այսպես սկսեց Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ու ոստիկանության զորքերի ծառայողներին փոխանցեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ողջույններն ու բարեմաղթանքները։ Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից, ոստիկանության պետը բարձր գնահատեց ոստիկանության զորքերի արդեն իսկ սահման մեկնած ու վերադարձած բոլոր հերթափոխերի մարտական պատրաստականությունն ու հայրենիքին նաև սահմանում ծառայելու պատրաստակամությունը՝ վստահ արձանագրելով, որ այս հերթափոխը ևս դիրքերն անառիկ է պահելու։ «Ձեր օրինակը վարակիչ է։ Հավատացեք, սրանք ուղղակի բառեր չեն․ դուք մեր համակարգի հերոսներն եք»,-ընդգծեց Վալերիյ Oսիպյանն ու բարի ծառայություն մաղթեց նրանց։ 

Ձևավորված ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ օրհնության կարգ կատարեց Հայաստանի ոստիկանության հոգևոր առաջնորդի օգնական տեր Վրթանես քահանան։ 

 
Միջոցառման պաշտոնական մասն ավարտվեց հրապարակային երդմամբ։ 

Հաջորդ օրը, դիրքերից վերադարձան մարտական հերթապահությունը ծառայակից ընկերներին հանձնած ոստիկանները, վերադարձան իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրն անթերի կատարածի հպարտությամբ։ Նրանց դիմավորեց ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը։ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի, խրամատում ամուր կանգնելու համար՝ գիտակցմամբ, որ թիկունքում հայրենիքն ու սեփական ժողովուրդն է։ 
Ծառայողական պարտականությունները բարեխիղճ և բարձր պատրաստականությամբ կատարած սահմանապահ-ոստիկանները արժանացան պարգևների։ Նրանց թվում էր նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից պարգևատրված ծառայողը։ Նրա պարգևը հանձնեց ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետը։ 
Նրանց լավագույն և ոգեղեն պարգևը հայրենիքի սահմանները պաշտպանելու պատվին արժանանալն է։
