ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց հանքերի իրական սեփականատերերին բացահայտելու նախագիծը (տեսանյութ)

ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց հանքարդյունաբերության կազմակերպությունների իրական սեփականատերերին բացահայտելու նախագիծը․

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ներկայացված հանքարդյունաբերության կազմակերպությունների իրական սեփականատերերին բացահայտելու օրենքի նախագիծը:

Ներկայացված «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ընդերքի մասին» օրենսգրքում, «Իրավաբանական անձանց պետական գրանցման, իրավաբանական անձանց առանձնացված ստորաբաժանումների, հիմնարկների եւ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի պետական հաշվառման մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին և «Հանրային ծառայության մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծերի փաթեթով կարգավորվում է հանքարդյունաբերության կազմակերպությունների իրական սեփականատերերի բացահայտման ողջ գործընթացը:

Նախագիծն ընդունվեց 118 կողմ ձայնով:

ԱԺ-ն կողմ քվեարկեց ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների և Չինաստանի միջև փոխգործակցության խորացմանը նպաստող համաձայնագրին

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը կողմ քվեարկեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության միջև փոխգործակցության խորացմանն ու ընդլայնմանը նպաստող համաձայնագիրը վավերացմանը: Ապրիլի 22-ին Ազգային ժողովում «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և իր անդամ պետությունների` մի կողմից, և Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության` մյուս կողմից, միջև տնտեսական և առևտրային համագործակցության մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարի տեղակալ Ալբերտ Բաբայանը:

Համաձայնագիրն ապահովում է պետական կարգավորման տարբեր ուղղություններով փոխգործակցության այնպիսի մեխանիզմներ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս առավելագույնս հաշվի առնել ԵԱՏՄ ընդհանուր և յուրաքանչյուր անդամ պետության առանձին շահերը, ինչպես նաև՝ գործարարության շահերը, կարգավորման թափանցիկությունն ու կանխատեսելիությունը ազգային և վերազգային մակարդակներում: Համաձայնագիրը կրում է ոչ արտոնյալ բնույթ և մաքսատուրքերի նվազեցում չի ենթադրում: Համաձայնագրի վավերացումը կնպաստի փոխգործակցության խորացմանն ու ընդլայնմանը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների և ՉԺՀ-ի միջև, ինչպես նաև որոշ չափով կկապակցի ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների ու ՉԺՀ-ի նոր կոոպերացիոն նախագծերը և տեխնոլոգիաները:

Համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 2018 թվականի մայիսի 17-ին, Աստանա քաղաքում:
