ՊՎԾ պաշտոնյա Սամվել Ադյանն ազատ արձակվեց «Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ից
SOCIETYՊետական վերահսկողական ծառայության գնումների գործընթացների վերահսկողության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Սամվել Ադյանն այսօր առավոտյան ազատ է արձակվել <<Երևան-Կենտրոն>> ՔԿՀ-ից։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնեց։ ՀՀ ԱՆ Քրեակատարողական վարչության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Նոնա Նավիկյանը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը օրեր առաջ մերժել էր Ադյանի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարացնելու վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ քննիչի ներկայացրած միջնորդությունը, իսկ այսօր լրացել է նրան կալանքի տակ պահելու երկու ամիսը։
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից էլ հայտնել էին, որ դատախազությունը բողոքարկելու է դատարանի որոշումը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահմամբ պետական գնումների գործընթացին առերեւույթ ապօրինի միջամտելու եւ օրինական ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության համար խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելու դեպքերի կապակցությամբ հարուցված քրեականա գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել չորս անձի՝ այդ թվում Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանին։
2019 թ. փետրվարի 27-ին պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության գնումների գործընթացների վերահսկողության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Սամվել Ադյանին եւ նրա ղեկավարած վարչության աշխատակից Գեւորգ Խաչատրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ) եւ 325-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ փաստաթղթեր կեղծելը)։ Այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել նաեւ «Զորաշեն» ՍՊԸ–ի ներակայացուցիչ Տարոն Ավետիսյանին՝ պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելուն օժանդակելու եւ փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու համար։ Երեքի նկատմամբ էլ դատարանը, որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրել կալանավորումը։ Ավելի ուշ Գևորգ Խաչատրյանի նկատմամաբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխարինվել էր չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությամբ:
Նույն գործի շրջանակներում ապրիլի 18-ին Դավիթ Սանասարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
