ԵԶԲ-ն դադարեցնում է «Սպայկա» ընկերությանը վարկ տրամադրելու գործընթացը
SOCIETYԵվրասիական զարգացման բանկը դադարեցրել է հայկական «Սպայկա» ընկերությանը վարկ տրամադրելու գործընթացը: Այդ մասին, ըստ «Առկա»-ի՝ հինգշաբթի օրը, ապրիլի 25-ին, ռուսական Կոնակովո քաղաքում հայ լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ԵԶԲ կառավարման խորհրդի նախագահ Անդրեյ Բելյանինովին:
«Մեր մոտ ամեն ինչ պատրաստ է, սակայն մենք դադարեցրել ենք ֆիանսավորումը: Մենք չենք կարող այդպես միանգամից գումար հատկացնել, եթե խոսքը գնում է հնարավոր սնանկացման մասին»,- նշեց Բելյանինովը:
Նա հաստատեց նաեւ, որ մինչեւ քրեական գործի ավարտը ոչ մի գործընթաց չի կատարվի:
«Դա բաժնետերերի գումարներն են, մենք չենք կարող ռիսկի ենթարկել դրանք: Սակայն մենք արխիվ չենք ուղարկել այդ հարցը, ընդամենը հետաձգել ենք ֆորս մաժորային իրավիճակների պատճառով», – ասաց նա:
Ավելի վաղ նշել էինք, որ ՊԵԿ-ը մեղադրում է «Սպայկա» ընկերության տնօրեն Դավիթ Ղազարյանին հատկապես խոշոր չափերի հարկերից եւ մաքսատուրքերից խուսափելու համար։ ՊԵԿ–ի տվյալներով, ընկերությունում բացահայտվել է 7 036 666 312 դրամի չափի հարկերի չվճարման դեպք։ ՊԵԿ–ը միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել Ղազարյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ, ինչն ապրիլի 8–ին բավարարվել է։
