POLITICSԲազմաթիվ են հայ-էստոնական համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու հնարավորությունները։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 25-ին Էստոնիայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Կաի Կաարելսոնիի (նստավայրը` Թբիլիսի) հետ հանդիպմանն ասել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը:
Օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ երկու երկրների միջեւ առկա են ջերմ բարեկամական հարաբերություններ: Դրանց հետագա խորացման ու ընդլայնման առումով Արարատ Միրզոյանը կարեւորել է միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունների, ինչպես նաեւ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը: Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում վերջերս ձեւավորվել է Մերձբալթյան երկրների հետ պատգամավորական բարեկամական խումբը` հույս հայտնելով, որ համանման խումբ կձեւավորվի նաեւ Էստոնիայի օրենսդիր մարմնում:
Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել էստոնական կողմին Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի վավերացման համար` վստահություն արտահայտելով, որ այն էապես նոր որակ կհաղորդի ինչպես Եվրոպական միության հետ, այնպես էլ Հայաստան-Էստոնիա համագործակցությանը:
Արարատ Միրզոյանը խորհրդանշական է համարել, որ Կաի Կաարելսոնի Երեւան ժամանումը համընկել է այն օրերի հետ, երբ հայ ժողովուրդը նշում է 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան Թուրքիայում իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության տարելիցը, մի իրողություն, որը ճանաչվել է բազմաթիվ երկրների օրենսդիր մարմինների կողմից: Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը հույս է հայտնել, որ Էստոնիան եւս կհամալրի այդ երկրների շարքը:
Իր հերթին ՀՀ-ում Էստոնիայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպանը եւս կարեւորել է միջխորհրդարանական կապերի ակտիվացումը, պատգամավորական շփումները, փորձի եւ տեղեկատվական փոխանակումները:
Դեսպանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիրը նոր հեռանկարներ կբացի երկու երկրների միջեւ գործակցության համար:
Կողմերն անդրադարձել են այն ուղղություններին, որոնք առաջիկայում կարող են լինել համագործակցության օրակարգում` խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգի փորձառություն, իշխանության մարմինների գործունեության էլեկտրոնային կառավարման եղանակ, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների եւ այլ ոլորտներում փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր:
