Վանաձորի սոցիալական ծառայությունների մասնագետը 28.000 դրամ կաշառք է ստացել եւ բերման ենթարկվել ոստիկանության բաժին

Ոստիկանության Կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի եւ տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության ծառայողները Լոռու մարզային վարչության եւ Տարոնի բաժնի գործընկերների հետ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ստացել, որ Վանաձորի քաղաքային համայնքի ղեկավարի առանձնացված ստորաբաժանման սոցիալական ծառայությունների Վանաձորի տարածքային բաժնի մասնագետներից մեկը մի քաղաքացուց կաշառք է պահանջել։ Ոստիկանության ծառայողները, ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով, Վանաձորի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայի 24-րդ շենքի մոտ քաղաքացուց 28.000 դրամ կաշառքը ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո սոցիալական ծառայության մասնագետին կասկածանքով բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանության Տարոնի բաժին։ Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են հատուկ գունանյութով մշակված թղթադրամները, որոնք առգրավվել են՝ հետագա գործողությունների համար։

 

Հետագա միջոցառումներով ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ բերման ենթարկվածն այդ քաղաքացուն նպաստառուների ցուցակում ընդգրկելու եւ հաջորդող տարիներին նպաստի վճարը չդադարեցնելու, նպաստների տրամադրման գործընթացն առանց խոչընդոտների իրականացնելու, ընտանիքի բարեկեցիկ կենցաղավարության հանգամանքը չարձանագրելու, ինչպես եւ ընտանեկան նպաստ ստանալու իրավունք տվող այլ պայմանների վերացման փաստը թաքցնելու դիմաց որպես ապօրինի վարձատրություն պահանջել է պետբյուջեից տրամադրվող նպաստի մեկ կամ երկու ամսվա գումարը։ Այսպիսով, 2016-ից 2019 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ը պահանջել եւ ստացել է 112.000 դրամ ապօրինի վարձատրություն։
