Ոստիկանները Վերին Պտղնի գյուղում հայտնաբերել են խարդախության մեղադրանքով հետախուզվող ամուսինների (տեսանյութ)

Ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները, համագործակցելով օպերատիվ այլ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցների հետ, իրականացրել են օրենքով ոստիկանությանը վերապահված մի շարք միջոցառումներ՝ ապրիլի 25-ին հայտնաբերելով հետախուզվող ամուսինների։
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ նրանք հայտնաբերվել են Երևան-Սևան ճանապարհին՝ Վերին Պտղնի գյուղի վարչական տարածքում։ 61-ամյա Ասատուր Կարապետյանն ու 60-ամյա Կարինե Կարապետյանը բերման են ենթարկվել ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչություն։ Կինը փետրվարի 25-ից ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի կողմից հետախուզվում էր խոշոր չափերի խարդախության մեղադրանքով։
Ամուսնու մեղադրանքը ևս նույնն է․ այս դեպքում՝ խարդախությունն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով է։ Ասատուր Կարապետյանն էլ հետախուզվում էր ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի կողմից, խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանք։ Նա հետախուզվում էր 2016 թվականի մարտից։
Ըստ առաջադրված մեղադրանքների՝ Ասատուր Կարապետյանը 2014-15 թվականներին չորս տղամարդուց վերցրել է ընդհանուր 36.500 դոլար՝ նրանց որդիներին պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու կամ վաղաժամկետ պահեստազոր զորացրելու խոստումներ տալով։ Ասատուր Կարապետյանն այդ անձանց օգտին որևէ գործողություն չի կատարել՝ չվերադարձնելով վերցրած գումարները։
2015-ի հունիսին նույն խոստումներով 2.000.000 դրամ է վերցրել Արտաշատում ապրող մի տղամարդուց՝ խարդախությամբ հափշտակելով փողը։ Դարձյալ 2015-ին մի տղամարդու հավաստիացրել է, որ կկարգավորի նրա բանկային հարցերը և վերցրել է 2.500.000 դրամ՝ խաբեությամբ հափշտակելով փողը։
Աշտարակում ապրող մի կնոջից էլ խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է 2350 դոլար՝ որդուն աշխատանքի տեղավորելու խոստումներ տալով։ 2017 թվականի հունվարին էլ մի տղամարդուց 1.800.000 դրամ է վերցրել արտերկրից մեքենա բերելու պատրվակով և դարձյալ խաբեությամբ տիրացել գումարին։ Նշված բոլոր դեպքերում Ասատուր Կարապետյանը ներկայացել է այլ անվամբ։
Նա ոստիկանությունից տեղափոխվել է «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ։ Դեպքերի հանգամանքները նախաքննությամբ պարզվում են։
