«Հարցին լուծում չտրվելու դեպքում ցույցեր կլինեն»
INTERVIEW2020 թվականի հունվարից ավտոներկրողները, հետևաբար նաև մեքենա գնել ցանկացողները կանգնելու են լրջագույն խնդրի առաջ: Հաջորդ տարի ուժի մեջ են մտնում ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային նոր դրույքաչափերը, ինչը ենթադրում է, որ ավտոմեքենաների ներկրման մաքսատուրքը բարձրանալու է մոտ 50 տոկոսով:
Թերթի նախորդ համարում գրել էինք, որ մեր տեղեկություններով, այս հարցը վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը քննարկել է ԵԱՏՄ կառավարությունների խորհուրդը ղեկավարող Տիգրան Սարգսյանի հետ՝ խնդիրը կառույցի ներսում բարձրացնելու նպատակով: Բացի դա, հաջորդ շաբաթ քննարկում է նախատեսվում ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի հետ:
Ավտոներկրողների միության նախագահ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանից «Փաստը» հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք իրենց հետ, որպես շահագրգիռ կողմի, պատկան որևէ մարմին հանդիպում կամ քննարկում կազմակերպե՞լ է այս հարցի առնչությամբ: Հովհաննիսյանն ասում է, որ կառավարությունից կամ էլ որևէ այլ գերատեսչությունից իրենց քննարկման չեն հրավիրել:
«Հանդիպել ենք բացառապես ԱԺ տարածաշրջանային և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանի հետ: Առաջարկեցինք, որ այս հարցը բարձրացվի և մաքսատուրքերը ևս երկու տարով հետաձգվեն: Պարոն Մելքումյանը, որը մշտապես բարձրաձայնում է այս խնդրի մասին, կհորդորի կառավարությանը կոլեգիալ քննարկումների ժամանակ անդրադառնալ նաև ավտոմեքենաների ներկրման մաքսատուրքը բարձրացնելու հարցին», - նշում է Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ավտոներկրողները դեռ շարունակում են հույսով ապրել և սպասել խնդիրների լուծմանը, որոնք, ընդ որում, վերաբերում են ոչ միայն մաքսատուրքերին:
Ավտոներկրողների միության նախագահն ըստ էության ինչ-որ առումով հաստատում է մեր այն տեղեկությունները, որ մեքենա ներկրող մոտ 15 000 քաղաքացի պատրաստվում է լուրջ գործողությունների. «Դեռ ոչինչ չենք ձեռնարկում, բայց խոսակցություններից, հանդիպումներից կռահում եմ, որ մեծ ակցիաներ են լինելու, որովհետև այս փոփոխությունների հետևանքով շատերը նաև գործազուրկ կդառնան: Ենթադրում եմ, որ հարցին լուծում չտրվելու դեպքում ցույցեր և ըմբոստություն կլինի»:
Հովհաննիսյանն ընդգծում է, որ եթե իրենք պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնում էին այն մասին, որ ավտոներկրումների ոլորտը շարունակում է մնալ չկարգավորված, ապա այժմ, երբ ներկրողները գիտեն, որ հաջորդ տարվա հունվարից մաքսատուրքերը բարձրանալու են մոտ 6 անգամ, մեքենաների ներկրման ծավալներն աննկարագրելի չափերի կհասնեն:
«Ես հարցրել եմ ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը՝ դուք մտահոգվա՞ծ չեք, որ մարդիկ «կիլոյով» մեքենա են ներմուծում, մեկի տեղը տասը հատ, որպեսզի 2020 թվականից թանկ գնով վաճառեն: Ամիսը 10 000 մեքենա է ներկրվում: Մինչև տարեվերջ մոտավորապես կներկրվի 120 000 մեքենա: Ոստիկանությունում ինձ ասացին՝ ոչինչ, տեղ ունենք, թող ներկրեն: Ես, իհարկե, զարմացա և հարցը փակեցի: Մի կողմից վարչապետն ասում է՝ երկիրը մեքենաների գերեզմանատուն եք դարձրել, մյուս կողմից ոստիկանությունն ասում է՝ նորմալ վիճակ է: Բայց ինչպե՞ս է նորմալ, եթե ամբողջ քաղաքում խցանումներ են, վթարներ», - եզրափակում է մեր զրուցակիցը:
