«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեր տեղեկություններով, վերջին շրջանում առաջվա պես ջերմ չեն վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եւ տրանսպորտի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի հարաբերությունները: Մի նուրբ խնդրի շուրջ է նրանց տարաձայնությունը. մոտենում են Երեւան քաղաքի ընտրությունները, եւ իշխանական էլիտան վերադասավորվում է նաեւ այդ «գետնի» վրա:
Բանն այն է, որ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ Երեւանի քաղաքապետը դառնում է միակ դե ֆակտո ընտրովի մարմինը, որին ընտրում է ժողովուրդը, եւ որն ունի բավականին լուրջ լիազորություններ եւ այն էլ Հայաստանի պայմաններում, երբ Երեւանը պետություն է պետության մեջ: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ըստ լավատեղյակների, երազում է այդ պաշտոնում տեսնել յուր որդուն` Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանին, որը, սակայն, պետք է եւս մեկ «արագ» թռիչք կատարի, մինչ այդ դառնա Արարատի մարզպետ:
«Չնայած որ հիմա էլ համարյա նա է մարզպետը, որովհետեւ մարզպետն ինչ անում, նրան «ատչյոտ» է տալիս»,- տեղեկացրին արարատցիք»:
