Արդեն մի քանի օր է, ինչ ահազանգեր են հնչում, որ «Ամբերդ ամրոց» պատմամշակութային արգելոցի տարածքում ծանր տեխնիկայով ապօրինի շինարարություն է իրականացվում:

Բյուրական համայնքի ղեկավար Զարզանդ Բաբայանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում հաստատում է այս ահազանգերը: «Շինարարական աշխատանքները կատարվում են արգելոցի տարածքում: Այն տարածքը, որտեղ հիմա ծանր տեխնիկան է աշխատում, չի կարող պահպանման գոտուց առանձին լինել: Իսկ թե ինչպես են այն առանձնացրել, անջատել, այդ հարցին չեմ կարող պատասխանել»:

Վերջինս նշեց, որ շինությունը կառուցում է Պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության Արագածոտնի մարզային ծառայության պետ Մանուկ Մանուկյանը:

«Արգելոցի ընդերքը պատմական մեծ արժեք է ներկայացնում: Այնտեղ պետք է հնէաբաններ, պատմաբաններ աշխատեին և նոր միայն թույլ տային կամ չտային շինարարություն սկսել», - հավելում է համայնքի ղեկավարը:

Ի դեպ, պարոն Մանուկյանը լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում հայտնվել է նաև 2016 թվականին, երբ, ըստ Բյուրական գյուղի բնակիչների, «փորձել էր զավթել Բյուրականի եկեղեցու բարեկարգ տարածքը»:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում արգելոցի տարածքում կատարվող շինարարության վերաբերյալ հարցին բավական կտրուկ պատասխանեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցը՝ կարճ ասելով. «Արգելոցի տարածքում շինարարություն չի կատարվում»: Ճշգրտմանը, որ ահազանգերը և գյուղապետի հավաստիացումը հակառակի մասին են վկայում, վերջինս, կարծես թե, անգիր արած, կրկնեց նույն նախադասությունը: 

Հարցի առնչությամբ ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում էր կատարել նաև մշակույթի փոխնախարար Տիգրան Գալստյանը՝ նշելով, որ իրականացվող շինարարական աշխատանքները դուրս են «Ամբերդ ամրոց» արգելոցի տարածքից: «Այս հատվածը դուրս է նաև հուշարձանի պահպանման գոտուց (թե ինչպես է տարիներ առաջ պահպանական գոտին կազմելուց դուրս մնացել, կանդրադառնամ առանձին գրությամբ)», - գրել էր փոխնախարարը։ Գալստյանը խորհուրդ էր տվել լրատվամիջոցներին նման իրավիճակներում մասնագետներից կարծիք հարցնել և զերծ մնալ իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող զգացմունքային վերնագրերից:

Փաստացի, այստեղ էլ են լրագրողները մեղավոր: Տպավորություն է, որ խնդրի մասին բարձրաձայնելը զգացմունքայնություն է: Ի դեպ, անկարևոր չէ նշել, որ նմանատիպ խնդիրների արմատները շատ խորն են և ժամանակագրական առումով հեռուն են գնում: Իսկ վերը նշված ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակցին, ով խուսափեց ներկայանալ, բայց իրեն իրավասու համարեց պատասխանել լրագրողի հարցին, մի փոքրիկ խորհուրդ՝ մարդկանց հետ շփվելու մշակույթը հղկել: Ի վերջո, մշակույթին առնչվող կառույց եք ներկայացնում:
