124 մլն դրամը խելամիտ գումար է՝ նմանատիպ միջոցառում կազմակերպելու համար. Էդուարդ Աղաջանյան
ECONOMICSԱմեն ինչ հարաբերական է, հնարավոր էր ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չանել, հնարավոր էր տոն հայտարարել եւ անել միայն հանրային քննարկումներ, եւ դրանով սահմանափակվել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 27-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը՝ խոսելով Քաղաքացու օրը ավելի համեստ միջոցներով անցկացնելու հարցի մասին։
«Ես կարծում եմ, որ որպեսզի մենք հասկանանք, թե այդ հատկացված գումարը մեծ է, փոքր է, արդարացված է, թե ոչ, մենք չենք կարող այդ գումարը դիտարկել որպես բացարձակ թիվ, մենք պետք է համեմատության մեջ դնենք եւ հասկանանք, թե նմանատիպ միջոցառում կազմակերպելու համար նախկինում ինչքան միջոցներ են ծախսվել, որ հասկանանք՝ նպատակահարմար է այսքան գումար ծախսել այս միջոցառման համար, թե ոչ»,–նշեց նա։
Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը որպես օրինակ հիշեց 1 տարի առաջ Էրեբունի–Երեւան 2800–ամյակի միջոցառումները. «Նախկինում 1 տարի առաջ Էրեբունի–Երեւան 2800–ամյակի միջոցառումների համար քաղաքապետարանը նախատեսել էր 1 մլրդ 700 մլն դրամ գումար, ընդ որում՝ միջոցառումների համար, որոնք տեղի էին ունենալու միայն Երեւան քաղաքում։ Այսօր մենք նշում ենք Քաղաքացու օրը ՀՀ ամբողջ տարածքում, բոլոր մարզկենտրոններում։ Ունենալով այս համեմատությունը՝ մեր եզրակացությունն է, որ միանշանակ է, որ այդ գումարը խելամիտ է նմանատիպ միջոցառում կամզակերպելու համար»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Քաղաքացու օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումների անցկացման համար ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ պահուստային ֆոնդից տրամադրել է 124 մլն դրամ:
