POLITICSԱյո, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպում եղել է, խոսել ենք, զրուցել ենք: Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 27-ին, Քաղաքացու օրվա միջոցառումների ժամանակ, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Պետական վերահսկողության պետ (լիազորությունները ժամանակավորապես դադարեցված են-խմբ) Դավիթ Սանասարյանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչ արդյունք է տվել այդ հանդիպումը, Սանասարյանը պատասխանեց. «Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը ոչ դատավոր է, ոչ դատախազ, որ այս գործերին խառնվի»:
Լրագրողներին հետաքրքրում էր, թե վարչապետը հավատո՞ւմ է Սանասարյանի ազնվությանը. «Այդ հարցերը տվեք վարչապետին: Ամենամեծ վստահությունն ու հավատը ժողովրդի կողմից է: Ես ամեն օրն եմ դա զգում, ավելի եմ ուժեղանում: Պետք է հավատան Հայաստանի հաջողություններին, պետք չի, որ առանձին ինձ հավատան»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահմամբ պետական գնումների գործընթացին առերեւույթ ապօրինի միջամտելու եւ օրինական ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության համար խոչընդոտներ ստեղծելու դեպքերի կապակցությամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել չորս անձի՝ այդ թվում Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանին։
Նույն գործի շրջանակներում ապրիլի 18-ին Դավիթ Սանասարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
