Շիրակի մարզը նշում է Քաղաքացու օրը

ՀՀ քաղաքացու օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումները Շիրակի մարզում մեկնարկեցին խորհրդանշական ծառատունկով մարզի բոլոր համայնքներում: Շիրակի մարզպետ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի և Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի գլխավորությամբ մարզպետարանի և քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակիցները մասնակցեցին ծառատունկին, որին միացան նաև ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը, Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Տիգրան Վիրաբյանը, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք:
«ՀՀ քաղաքացու օրը, բացի նրանից, որ տոնական է բոլորիս համար, այլև խորհրդանշական, և այսօրվա բազմաբնույթ միջոցառումները մեկնարկում ենք ծառատունկով՝ որպես նոր կյանքի, բարեկամության ու համերաշխության խորհրդանիշ»,- ճեպազրույցում նշեց Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը: «Էմիլի Արեգակ» կենտրոնի տարածքում տնկվեց 200 ճապոնական բալենի՝ սակուրաներ, որոնք հատկացրել էր ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի դեսպանատունը՝ դեսպան Ջուն Յամադայի գլխավորությամբ:
Շիրակի պետական համալսարանում անցկացվեց հանրային քննարկում՝ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացի» խորագրով: Քննարկմանը մասնակցեցին ԱԺ պատգամավորներ, մարզային ու քաղաքային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներ, հասարակական գործիչներ, ովքեր մասնակցություն են ունեցել հեղափոխությանը, ինչպես նաեւ դասախոսներ եւ ուսանողներ: Բանախոսները, շեշտեցին որ ՀՀ այսօրվա քաղաքացին, ավելի քան երբեւէ, պահանջատեր է:
Ավելի ուշ, տոնական տրամադրությամբ՝ ֆայտոնով ու ուրախ երգ ու պարով Գյումրիի Ռուսթավելի փողոցում մեկնարկեց արհեստների ու արվեստների փառատոնը:
«Տես ու համտես» խորագիրը կրող փառատոնին ներկայացել էին գյումրեցի արհեստավորներն ու արվեստագետները՝ տեղում հյուրերին ծանոթացնելով իրենց աշխատանքներին:
Օրվա ընթացքում Գյումրիում Երևանի Հովհաննես Թումանյանի անվան պետական տիկնիկային թատրոնը կներկայացնի «Ոսկե ճուտիկը» հեքիաթը, նախատեսված է նաև հանդիպում գրողների հետ և երիտասարդական քննարկում: Գյումրեցիների համար օրվա ամենասպասված միջոցառման համար իր դռները կբացի Գյումրու Վարդան Աճեմյանի անվան դրամատիկական թատրոնը, որտեղ Ալ. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի ու բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնը կներկայացնի Ա. Տիրանյանի «Անուշ»օպերան: Միջոցառումները կեզրափակվեն ուշ երեկոյան՝Աբովյան ճեմափողոցում՝ «Բամբիռ»-ի ելույթով:
