Որովայնի ցավի 5 տեսակներ. Ինչի՞ մասին են դրանք նախազգուշացնում
LIFEՇատ մարդիկ են ունեցել ցավեր որովայնի հատվածում:
Այդ հատվածում ցավերի առաջացումը կարող է կապված լինել տարբեր առողջական խնդիրների հետ՝ ժամանակավոր անհանգստությունից մինչև լուրջ, բուժում պահանջող հիվանդություններ:
Ամեն ինչն իր պատճառն ունի, դրա համար կարևոր է իմանալ, թե կոնկրետ ինչ է կատարվում օրգանիզմում, երբ որովայնի տարբեր հատվածներում ցավեր են առաջանում:
Որովայնի ցավի 5 տեսակներ
1 Ցավում է որովայնի ձախ մասը
Ցավը ձախ հատվածում հաճախ խոսում է պանկրեատիտի մասին: Ինչպես նաև որովայնի ձախ հատվածը կարող է ցավալ ստամոքսի կամ տասներկումատնյա աղիքի խոցի դեպքում արյունահոսության ժամանակ:
2 Ցավում է որովայնի աջ մասը
Ցավն աջ հատվածում, որն ուղղվում է նաև դեպի աջ ուսը, և ուղեկցվում է ծանրության և սրտխառնոցի զգացումով, դա լեղիի (լյարդի) ծակոցների մասին է խոսում: Որովայնի ներքևի հատվածում ցավեր հաճախ առաջանում են լեղապարկում քարերի առկայության դեպքում:
Եթե ցավը բութ է և ուղեկցվում է ախորժակի կորուստով, դա խոսում է լեղին դուրս գալու ուղիների բորբոքման մասին: Այս հատվածում ցավերը կարող են լինել նաև Հեպատիտ C-ի սրման ժամանակ, և Հեպատիտ A-ի կամ B-ի դեպքում, ինչպես նաև լյարդի ցիռոզի դեպքում:
3 Ցավ պորտի հատվածում
Որովայնի մեջտեղի հատվածում ցավեր հաճախ առաջանում են շատ ուտելու արդյունքում: Ինչպես նաև պորտի հատվածում ցավերը կարող են լինել դիսբակտերիոզի արդյունք:
Պորտի ներքևի հատվածի պարբերաբար ցավերը կարող են խոսել գրգռված ստամոքսի ախտանիշի մասին: Իսկ երբեմն կարող է վիրուսային վարակի ազդանշան լինել:
4 Ցավում է որովայնի վերին հատվածը
Որովայնի վերին հատվածի ցավերը հաճախ գաստրիտի նշան է: Նաև կարևոր է հաշվի առնել, որ որովայնի վերևի մասում ցավերը, որոնք ձգվում են դեպի ձախ ձեռքը՝ ինֆարկտի ժամանակ է լինում: Ինչպես նաև դա կույրաղիքի բորբոքման նշաններից մեկն է:
5 Ցավեր որովայնի ներքևի հատվածում
Եթե ցավում է որովայնի ներքևի հատվածը, ապա այդ ցավերը կարող են լինել ցիստիտի, էնդոմետրիոզի կամ արտարգանդային հղիության հետևանք:
Որովայնի ցավերը միշտ նախազգուշացնում են օրգանիզմի անհավասարակշիռ աշխատանքի մասին, դրա համար չարժե հանդուրժել այդ ցավերը կամ ինքնաբուժությամբ զբաղվել:
