Ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել Վայք քաղաքի բնակիչ 38-ամյա Ռազմիկ Տոնոյանի կողմից, որը հայտնել է, որ նույն օրը ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքի Շահումյան փողոցում Քաղաքացու օրվան նվիրված միջոցառման ժամանակ իրեն են մոտեցել Երևանի բնակիչ 56-ամյա Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը և Վայոց ձորի մարզի Եղեգիս գյուղի բնակիչ, 50-ամյա Արմեն Սետրակյանը, որոնք անհարգալից վերաբերմունք են ցուցաբերել հասարակության նկատմամբ, իր հասցեին հնչեցրել սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ, անվայել արտահայտություններ, վիրավորել և փորձել են հարձակվել իր վրա և իրեն հարվածել:
