Ապրիլի 27-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
Այս համատեքստում Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը կոնկրետ ցուցումներ և հանձնարարականներ է տվել ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին՝ փաստելով, որ հանցագործությունների օպերատիվ բացահայտումը հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն կապի ամրապնդման լավագույն միջոցներից է։ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն անդրադարձել է նաև հանցագործությունների բացահայտման համար լրացուցիչ պարգևավճարների նոր որդեգրված քաղաքականությանը՝ հատուկ շեշտելով, որ սա եզակի և աննախադեպ մոտեցում է։
«Մենք պատրաստ ենք առանց սահմանափակման լրացուցիչ պարգևավճարներ հանձնել ծանր, առանձնապես ծանր, ինչպես և հասարակական հնչողություն ստացած հանցագործությունները բացահայտած ծառայողներին»,- նշել է Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։ Ոստիկանության պետը փաստել է, որ հանցագործություններ բացահայտող ոստիկանները, բացի իրենց հասանելիք աշխատավարձից, մշտապես կպարգևատրվեն լրացուցիչ խոշոր գումարներով, որոնք որոշ դեպքերում մի քանի անգամ գերազանցում են աշխատավարձի չափը, ուստի այս իրավիճակում առնվազն անընդունելի, անհասկանալի և անհանդուրժելի է ոստիկանի կողմից հակաօրինական ճանապարհներով գումար ձեռք բերելու ցանկացած դրսևորում։
Խորհրդակցության ավարտին ծանր, առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություններ բացահայտած, ինչպես և կյանքեր փրկած ոստիկանները արժանացել են դրամական պարգևների, որոնք հանդիսավորապես հանձնվել են նրանց։ Ծրարներում թղթեր են, որոնց վրա նշված են ծառայողի բացահայտած հանցագործության տեսակն ու պարգևավճարի չափը։ Գումարները կփոխանցվեն նրանց հաշվեհամարներին։
Նրանց թվում կային մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամ պարգևի արժանացած ոստիկաններ։ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը շնորհավորել ու շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլորին սրտացավ աշխատանքի համար՝ շեշտելով, որ հպարտանում է բարեխիղճ ծառայողներով։
