ԱԱԾ-ն գերեզմանատանը հողահատկացումների դիմաց խաբեությամբ խոշոր չափերի գումարներ հափշտակած խումբ է բացահայտել
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հանցավորության դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործառույթների իրականացման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական համալիր գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել և կանխել է կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից խոշոր չափերով խարդախության դեպք:
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Ա.Շ-ն և Ն.Հ-ն, կազմակերպված հանցավոր խմբի կազմում, կեղծ տեղեկություններ են տարածել ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Ձորաղբյուր համայնքի գերեզմանատան հողերի հատկացման իրավասության վերաբերյալ և 2018 թվականի ամռանից հուղարկավորության համար օրինական կարգով տարածքներ հատկացնելու հարցով իրենց դիմած բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներից խաբեությամբ հափշտակել խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ 1.932.000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Մասնավորապես՝ Ն.Հ-ն, համաձայն նախնական դերաբաշխման, գերեզմանատանը հուղարկավորման հարցով իրենց դիմած բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների ներկայացել է որպես գերեզմանատանը հողահատկացումը կարգավորող իրավասու անձ, և վստահություն առաջացնելու նպատակով, նույնիսկ այցելել է գերեզմանատուն ու ցույց տվել ազատ հողատարածքներ: Այնուհետև համաձայնության գալով գնի շուրջ՝ խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է գումարը և փոխանցել հանցակցին՝ ստանալով իր մասնաբաժինը:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի, ընտրվել են խափանման միջոցներ:
Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
