Թուրքիայի բարձրագուն ընտրական խորհուրդն օրինական է ճանաչել ընտրությունների արդյունքները

 Թուրքիայի բարձրագույն ընտրական խորհուրդը մերժել է նոյեմբերի 1-ին տեղի ունեցած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները չեղյալ համարելու Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության դիմումը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական Demokrathaber.net-ը:

ԺԴԿ-ն իր դիմումի մեջ նշել է, որ նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը չի պահպանել սահամանադրությամբ նախատեսված չեզոքությունը և կողմնակալ հայտարարություններ է արել: Կողմնակալ հեռարձակումներ են արել հեռուստաընկերությունները: ԺԴԿ-ն բողոքել է, որ շատ ընտրատեղամասերում քվեատուփերի մոտ դրված են եղել տեսախցիկներ: Քրդամետ կուսակցությունը բողոքել է նաև այն փաստի դեմ, որ անհայտ անձինք հարձակվել են կուսակցության 127 շտաբի, այդ թվում և գլխամասի վրա:

Բարձրագույն ընտրական խորհրդից հայտնել են, որ նրանք արդեն ուսումնասիրել են Էրդողանի դեմ ուղղված հայցերն ու կայացրել են այդ մասին համապատասխան որոշում՝ նրա գործողություններն օրինական համարելով: Խորհուրդը տեղեկացրել է, որ կուսումնասիրի հեռարձակումների հարցը: Այն բավարար չի համարել հիմնավորումները քվեատուփերի մոտ տեսախցիկների տեղադրման առնչությամբ, իսկ կուսակցական շտաբների վրա հարձակումների վերաբերյալ ասել է, որ արդեն հետաքննություն է տարվել: Այս հիմնավորումներով Թուրքիայի բարձրագույն ընրտական խորհուրդը մերժել է ԺԴԿ-ի դիմումը:
