Մարմնի լեզվին տիրապետելն իսկապես մեծ առավելություն է ձեզ համար․ այդ կերպ կարող եք վերահսկել իրավիճակը և ինքներդ ղեկավարեք խոսակցությունը՝ դոմինանտությունը վերցնելով ձեզ վրա։
Օրինակ՝ երբ ինչ-որ մեկը խաչել է իր ձեռքերը, ապա նա կամ չի ցանկանում կոնտակտի մեջ մտնել, կամ էլ ուղղակի բնությով սառը մարդ է։
Եթե կարողանաք հասկանալ մարմնի շարժումների իրական նշանակությունը, ապա նաև կարող եք հասկանալ, թե արդյոք այդ մարդու ասածները համապատասխանո՞ւմ են իրականությանը, թե՞ ոչ։
Ներկայացնում ենք Psychology Today-ի հոգեբանների կողմից արված հետազոտությունների արդյունքների հիման վրա կազմված մարմնի 15 տարբեր շարժումների և դիրքերի նշանակությունները։
Ուսերը վեր հանելը բանից անտեղյակ լինելու նշան է։ Հավանաբար նա գաղափար անգամ չունի, թե ինչ է իր շուրջը կատարվում։
Ձեռքերը լայն բացելը միշտ էլ համարվել է անկեղծության նշան։
Եթե ծիծաղելիս աչքերի շուրջ կնճիռներ չեն հավաքվում, ապա կարող եք գրեթե համոզված լինել, որ ձեր դիմացինը կեղծ է ժպտում։
Ունքերը վեր բարձրացրած հայացքով նայելը նշանակում է, որ նա անհարմար իրավիճակում է գտնվում, դիսկոմֆորտ է զգում։
Եթե նա որևէ մեկին ցուցամատով է ցույց տալիս, այն էլ՝ ձեռքի մյուս մատերը փակ վիճակում, ապա նա փորձում է դոմինանտ երևալ՝ իշխել մյուսներին։
Իսկ եթե ձեր զրուցակիցն ինքնաբերաբար կրկնում է ձեր շարժումները, ապա շնորհավորում ենք, դուք հիանալի զրուցընկերներ եք, ամեն բան ձեր ուզածով կլինի։
Բայց եթե դիմացինը շատ ուշադիր ձեր աչքերի մեջ է նայում, ապա հավանաբար ստում է։
Բայց տեսողական կոնտակտի մեջ մտնելը(չափավոր) դրական ազդանշան է։
Ձեռքերը վեր պահելն էլ որևէ բանի հասնելու, հաջողության նշան է։
Եթե նա փորձում է հավաքել ձեռքերը, իսկ հայացքը դեպի ներքև է, ապա դա խոսում է հարմարավետության և ստեղծված դրական միջավայրի մասին։
Խաչած ոտքեր․ լավ նշան չէ, հատկապես երբ բանակցում եք որևէ բանի շուրջ։ Այդ դիրքով նստելը պաշտպանվողական նշան է, երբ անձը չի ցանկանում ըմբռնումով մոտենալ իրավիճակին։
Սեղմված ծնոտ, թեթև կիտած հոնքեր և ձիգ վիզ․ սա էլ նշանակում է, որ դիմացինն իրենց անհարմար է զգում, սթրեսի մեջ է։
Եթե նա պարբերաբար ձեռքը պահում է բերանի հատվածում կամ առհասարակ դիպչում է երեսին, ապա նա հուզված ու մի փոքր էլ նյարդայնացած է։
Իսկ եթե նա հաճախ է անկեղծորեն ժպտում կամ ծիծաղում, իսկ դուք արդեն գիտեք՝ ինչպես կեղծ ծիծաղը տարբերել իրաանից, ապա դուք հավանաբար դուր եք եկել նրան։
Իսկ ձեռքերն այս կերպ վեր պահելը առաջնորդ լինել ցանկանալու նշան է։
