Ինչի՞ց է, որ քնած ժամանակ ընկնելու զգացողություն ենք ունենում
LIFEաճախ, երբ քնած ենք լինում մենք արթնանում ենք, սակայն, ոչ թե վատ երազից, այլ անհասկանալի զգացողությունից: 5-10 րոպե խորը քուն մտնելուց հետո, մենք արթնանում ենք, և մեզ թվում է, որ ընկանք բարձրությունից:
Նման զգացողություն ունենում են բոլորը, բայց այս ամենի պատճառները մինչև հիմա քննվում են: Այս ֆենոմենը հայտնի է հիպնոգոգիկ ջղաձգություն անվանումով:
Այս երևույթը հստակ սահմանում չունի, քանի որ գիտնականները մինչև վերջ չեն կարողանում բացահայտել իրողությունը:
Հաճախ այս երևույթը տեղի է ունենւոմ այն ժամանակ, երբ մարդը չափազանց հոգնած է ու արագ քնում է:
Քնի ժամանակ կյանքի համար կարևոր գործոնները դանդաղ են աշխատում, իսկ արյան շրջանառությունը քնի ընթացքում ավելի ցածր մակարդակի վրա է գտնվում:
Այդ իսկ պատճառով օրգանիզմը չի կարողանում արագ արձագանքել կյանքի համար կարևոր պարամետրերի փոփոխությանը, ինչի հետևանքով առաջանում է ընկնելու կամ «մահանալու» վախը:
Գլխուղեղի ներքին կենտրոնները կատարվածը որպես մահ են ընկալում, բայց իրականում ամեն բան այլ է: Գլխուղեղի կողմից ուղարկված ազդակները արյան մեջ քիմիական նյութ ու հորմոններ են ավելացնում, ինչից մենք կտրուկ արթնանում ենք ու նույնսիկ սկսում դողալ:
